I had two Swedish massages with Scott (although he can perform many other types), and they were superb. The amount of pressure he applies is perfect, and the various massage motions he uses are perfectly suited to each part of the body and are extremely relaxing. I asked him to concentrate on the back and shoulders, with less attention to the legs and arms, and that is exactly what he did. He was extremely professional in his manner, said I could undress to the level of my comfort, spoke to me during the massage only when I initiated the conversation (some therapists are too chatty), had no problem when I said I wanted only the back of my body done, and charged only $36 for 1/2 hour. I was 100% satisfied with the massage, and was surprised to experience not only complete relaxation in my body, but a distinct lifting of my mood, which lasted many days after the session. I highly recommend Scott for massage.

I have suffered with chronic pain for almost 6 years. Due to an injury I have been battling neck/…read morespine issues from herniated discs, spinal stenosis, bone spurs, arthritis... The list goes on. Being in my early 30s makes this all the more frustrating. I've tried it all, chiropractic, acupuncture, physical therapy, holistic and meds, traction, decompression and massage. Nothing has helped, I live with pain but refuse to accept it. Surgery is my only option , I'm told. In the mean time I decided to get a new masseuse. But no more chain, or specials, or coupon massages. I need someone who is a professional, who listens, who will be there for the long haul, who will work with my body to heal and most of all will help with pain. I searched and found someone who fits the bill...Grace at Yeh's art of healing. Two things hooked me in; the use of both east and west techniques and the spinal massage. First impression is a small and scarcely furnished spa. This place isn't about pampering you it's about healing you. I found it very unpretentious. Grace talked to me and and got down to work pretty quickly. I was in a good deal of pain and had a terrible headache, (like always). Grace used good pressure and seemed to know exactly where it hurt as well as where pain was referring from. After an hour (a full hour, none of this 50 minute short change crap) I felt light headed... And soon realized my pain had diminished and my headache gone. I just went the second time today and felt better than I have felt in years. I can actually twist my neck without grinding sounds or pain. I don't expect a cure, I don't expect my bone spurs to magically disappear. But just the fact that finally I have some natural pain relief and a plan (a realistic plan) to slowly relieve pain gives me so much hope. I know this is a long review, but if you're like me, have neck/spine issues and chronic pain, then you'll research as much as possible. It's only my second massage with Grace, but I can't thank her enough. To roll around on the ground with my son and to not be focused on pain is, to me, such a huge blessing. Grace is not a magician, there's not contraptions or fancy devises. She is an extremely well trained professional, knows how people's bodies and spirits work, wants to work to help the body heal and really listens. I actually, finally feel hopeful I can live life without such pain. Its not cheap, but I'm done with cheap massages, I've spent so much on people or contraptions with miracle cures that offer little help. If you're like me, tried it all and still live with neck pain. I would recommend you make an appointment with Grace. It's early days but I already can't thank her enough. She's friendly, helpful, positive and by far the best masseuse I've come across in my extensive experience. I hope to write another review after more treatments and hope to be able to say the chronic pain is a thing of the past. Thank you Grace!

It was the first time I ever truly felt what it was like to love myself unconditionally -- something so beautiful, comforting, and divine that words barely do it justice. I work with her regularly now, and it has helped me tremendously -- with anxiety, depression, connecting to my higher power, and stepping into my highest self. My confidence, my self-love, and the way I move through life have all transformed, and that energy has poured into every area of my world. Jamie's Reiki is powerful, deeply loving, and something I hold close to my heart and soul. I truly cannot thank her enough for the healing she's helped me step into. **JAMIE** Reiki with…read moreJamie has been one of the most positive and transformative experiences of my life. What once felt unfamiliar -- maybe even a little intimidating -- has become one of the most grounding and supportive practices I have. Reiki has given me intentional, dedicated time to slow down, reflect, release, and truly understand myself in ways I didn't even realize I needed. Through this work, I've uncovered parts of myself and my life that I never knew existed. What I love most is that every session unfolds exactly as it's meant to. Some days I talk the entire time, letting my voice guide what needs to come out. In those moments, I feel completely safe -- truly in a judgment-free space where I can say anything and allow the energy to move through me. Other days, I simply float into stillness, trusting that the quiet is exactly what my body and energy need. I've also experienced sessions that combine Reiki and yoga, and they are incredible. Jamie is an intuitive and knowledgeable yogi who focuses deeply on proper form and intentional movement. She guides me into poses my body didn't even know it needed -- whether it's heart-opening work, breathwork, or physically shaking out built-up energy. Somehow, I can walk in unsure of what I need, and she just knows. Jamie genuinely cares about her people. She creates a space of peace, trust, and growth, guiding you exactly where you need to be. If Reiki feels different or even slightly intimidating, I completely understand -- but if you're considering it, I wholeheartedly recommend taking that step and booking with Jamie. Trust the process; it has been a powerful and beautiful part of my journey. --- **NICK** Nick has an incredible understanding of the body and how everything connects. His work is intentional, strong, and precise, yet never overwhelming. He knows exactly how to target what needs attention while keeping the session relaxed and enjoyable. I always leave feeling more open, aligned, and lighter in my body -- sometimes even genuinely taller. What I appreciate most is that his care extends beyond the session itself. He offers practical suggestions and guidance I can apply in everyday life, making the work empowering and lasting. On top of that, Nick is genuinely kind and down-to-earth. He makes you feel comfortable, heard, and supported from the moment you walk in. You can truly feel how much he cares about his work and the people he works with. --- **MELISSA** Working with Melissa has been transformative in the most lasting way. She has an incredible ability to see the body as a whole and identify patterns that most people would never notice. Her approach is thoughtful, strategic, and results-driven -- and the results speak for themselves. I've experienced real improvements in posture, balance, and overall strength -- changes that continue long after the session ends. I also love that Melissa teaches foundational practices and stretches I can take home. She doesn't just "fix" things -- she helps me understand my body and gives me tools to support it outside of appointments. That guidance has been invaluable. Beyond her expertise, Melissa is a kind and genuinely caring human. She creates a space that feels safe, intentional, and nurturing. You feel completely comfortable in her presence, and it's clear how much she truly wants the best for her clients. Finding her has been such a blessing -- for both my body and overall well-being. --- **ROOTED SOMATICS** I truly look forward to every appointment with Jamie, Nick, and Melissa. When an appointment pops up on my calendar, I feel excited because I know I'm about to step into a space where I can completely relax and feel cared for. Every person at Rooted Somatics has created such a comfortable, welcoming environment that you instantly feel at ease. No matter what I do at Rooted Somatics, my Oura ring always shows I leave feeling restored -- and that's saying a lot for a naturally stressed person. The community is incredible, the space is supportive and safe, and every session feels like a gift. Expert care, thoughtful guidance, and genuine warmth -- I can't recommend it enough.
