During the entire presentation, we were impressed with the picture quality, the various back drops available, the props and the peace of mind that packaging all of these services means less vendors to deal with, which means less hassle and less complications on the wedding day. The photo booth on the day of the wedding was great. There was an attendant there handling the machine in a suit. I've been to weddings where photo booth vendors wear jeans and t-shirt and didn't want to be there. The booth itself had a nice wide view. We were able to jam a bunch of people in the pictures. The printing process was high quality and quick. We had unlimited print strips and the printer was able to get people in and out with their own copy fast, instead of waiting around forever. The props selection was fine. All my guests enjoyed their time at the booth. Exquisite also uploaded the photo booth pictures to Smugmug, so that we can download and share them. Overall, the package we paid for was well worth it. I'd recommend Exquisite Booth to my friends if they ever need photo booth services in the future.

Evan the owner was arrogant and rude to me throughout the process. I stuck with it knowing that we had a good experience in the past. Songs that I requested that were on my plan, were not played. My photomontage had to be edited 3 times and we had to pay $450 extra because I had 30 extra pictures. A week before the party, he told me my package didn't include lighting so we had to pay $1000 extra for some mediocre colored strobe lights. Most of all, the digital zap photos that were on the contract were never taken and played on the 2 large screens that we paid for and he refused to make his mistake right and give any reimbursement after we took care of his crew during the event and gave them each a nice tip. In addition, their prices have gone up tremendously over the years. If you want a good experience, I would recommend looking at other companies for your entertainment.
