They picked up 2 oriental rugs to have cleaned, I read my copy and saw that they said that the…read morestains may not come out. They were not anywhere near bad stains. I called them to stop the process and the guy said that they already started cleaning them and didn't check to see if so. Was I the only one that had rugs in that week to be cleaned? How did he know that it was mine? Suspicious to me! But delivered my rugs back to me and doesn't look like no kind water/cleaners came anywhere near my rugs. Looked exactly the same the way they left my home. And wanted to charge me $644.48 and holding my rugs hostage for ransom now.

The valets were so kind and helped all of my elderly guests in and out of their vehicles. Also, they get bonus points for having umbrellas! I have used valet companies for past events and the companies were not nearly as flexible. I was able to specify where I wanted guests to be picked up/dropped off and I even asked that they change that location once it started raining. Their great customer service never skipped a beat. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for valet or transportation services. I rarely take the time to consider (let alone review) a valet company's performance, but they really did go above and beyond. 10/10 highly recommend. P.S. they offer executive transportation too.
