And I enjoyed the chicken chunks that I ordered quite a bit! However, I ordered a sub for their special on Sundays and it included ingredients that were not properly listed on the menu. It was a Buffalo Chicken Sub and the menu listed Chicken Strips, Hot Sauce, Mozzarella Cheese, Blue Cheese Crumbles, Tomato, Ranch, and Lettuce. I requested to leave off all except the chicken, mozzarella and hot sauce, but it came out with bacon and onion. Otherwise a nice experience trying a new place.

The Cheese Pizza came with a good variety of cheese flavors as well as parmesan flakes on top. The sauce had a good flavor as well. The Chicken Bacon Ranch was definitely a specialty pizza! The place radiates friendliness and you truly feel like a regular when you walk in, warmly greeted right away and taken care of the entire duration of your meal. My family had returned after a long day of theme park food and I needed something lite - and their seasonal salad was just what I needed. It was a very generous portion with some of my the sweetest strawberries I've ever had with candied walnuts, feta cheese, and a delicious vinaigrette to go along with it. Skip the theme park dining when you can - or at the very least, supplement it with this delicious cuisine and friendly service.

Our first night in Sandusky landed us in this small tavern right across Lake Erie…read more Very casual vibe and everyone was very accommodating but seemed overwhelmed. For an appetizer, we ordered the wedge salad and the Buffalo Chicken dip. I got the perch dinner for my main course. The kid got a chicken sandwich and my wife got the brisket Mac n cheese. They said that the kitchen was backed up. Honestly, it was totally not an issue. We were just relaxing, watching the game and chilling after a 7 hour drive from NJ. What was an issue was...... appetizers came out exactly the and time as the main courses. WHY????????? It couldn't have taken that long to throw blue cheese, bacon and tomatoes on a chunk of lettuce and pump out the Buffalo Chicken dip and then worry about the main courses later. Now we have to decide, do we want to eat the entrees or even touch the appetizers. That alone always ruins everything. Food was very good. Like I said, people were very nice but you just can't bring everything out at once. Defeats the point of "starting" with something.
