We enjoyed 8 of their selections and was pretty content with how they set this up. TIP: Tastings are $20 per person and if you have a membership you can get a coupon for 50% off so in my case tickets came up for $10. Not bad. They greet you with appetizers and snacks for your tasting and it was pretty packed (about 37-39 tasters). Tastings take about an hour and a half and they provide you with info on the history of the scotch (in this case) Overall good experience will def will try it again. They have these once or twice a month with various wines and spirits. Total wine has good prices and great selections. Thank you

We talked for about 10 minutes about the area cause I'm new to the area and gave me some recommendations to eat, which was nice! The store itself is spotless and beautifully organized -- just like every Total Wine & More I've visited, they are incredibly well managed stores. The selection is huge and well laid out, and every employee I interacted with was chipper, attentive, and eager to help me find exactly what I was looking for. It's clear that this team takes pride in both their store and their service, in this very nice area of Port St. Lucie. All in all, a fantastic experience. Whether you're local or just passing through, I highly recommend stopping by the Port St. Lucie West Total Wine & More. One of the best Wine and Liquor superstores in Florida!

I moved to an Assisted Luving facility near this store August 1 and immediately began frequenting this store. The price of cigarettes was reasonable and selection was decent. I purchased an outrageously expensive $7 refillable lighter because it was very cute and went back for mire as my friends also enjoyed their look. My lighter happened to have a cracked top and a red piece missing and wouldnt work. The afterniin man, being pleasant and friendly exchanged my defective product no problem. After the hurricane we realised we had to purchase the gas because they were barely filled so off to the store i went. I purchased zippo lightet fluid not realizing there are two different types of refillable butane...fluid and gas. First off he accused ME of breaking the item and tricking his employee intobthe return. I insisted he was wrong, knowing Family Dollar didnt carry the item, i purchased the item anyway. As soon as i got to the smoking patio back home, my fellow residents informed me I bought the wrong type. We needed gas not fluid. I got back in my store and immediately returned to the store to return the fluid and purchase the more expensive gas. Well this guy went ballistic. He actually accused me of using the fluid and returning it and thats stealing. I picked uo another one and explained they weigh exactly the same and if he poured them bith in a cuo theyd be identical and Ive spent over _$500 in the past month with this man and he had the unmitigated gall ti call me a thief when i purchased the more expensive gas in exchange for the unneeded cheaper fluid. Ive never been more insulted in my life. He actually even stated if i bought a broken item from his store and wanted a return or exchange, he would call the police on me!!!! Folks this is a man who by nit standing behind the quality if his products is stealing and robbing us of our honest money! He doesnt care what he is selling us and i for one will never buy from this man again. I invite y'all to join me in not buying from this store in principal. Also, Family Dollars' cigs are much cheaper and in the same center and the staff there are really nice

We arrived before 5:30 on a Thursday and the place was starting to fill up. The restaurant/ full bar has high ceilings, open area seating partitioned by potted fake plants and a mix of high tops and tables. Colorful murals and bright cobalt blue tiles splashed through white brick walls. Luke was quick to bring waters and take our drink orders. He explained the menus and offered his favorites when asked. We asked about "aji amarillo" and he explained it was one of their several accompanying sauces. He promptly brought a sample in a ramekin with two spoons. It was very good. Mild and similar to a weak but flavorful mustard colored chili sauce. Other sauces included hot honey and cilantro & garlic aioli, great on their chicken and bbq ribs, my selected entree. The bird was deliciously moist and seasoned. The half chicken was cut up in manageable pieces and plated with French fries, a fairly good slaw and the other part of the duo; the bbq ribs. The sauce was sweet and sticky- and the meat pulled nicely from the bone. The entree was substantial. My wife's build your own bowl started with pulled chicken and your choice of additional ingredients. The bowl was a very good mix of flavors and textures and enough left for a take home meal. The menu is full of chef selections, handhelds, soups and salads and bowls. They offer happy hour drinks and apps until 6p and Mon- Thur there are select specials. We will definitely return with friends and may even try their weekend brunch.

Have to say I feel the note cards on every table explaining the "commission" on every check probably contributes to the servers not going above and beyond. I sure wouldn't, I would bet most guests see the 16% service charge and don't leave a tip to make it 20%. Then that cycles back to the service not being on par with 20% tip, and so on. Food was good, pretty small portions for price, only 2 very small tacos for $16-19 dollars is blasphemous in my opinion. Margaritas were the best part of the meal.

The wine selection is good, but I wish they would carry Orange Wine. I've asked the gentleman manager a few times, but it's unfortunately clear no Orange Wine will be ordered. They do have good wine sales, and they also have wine tasting events in-store that we enjoy attending. My husband appreciates the cigar selections here as well! The best sales associate here, without a doubt, is absolutely the wonderful lady named LORENA. She is an asset to this brand and they're very lucky to have her working there! Total Wine & More is very much a big-box liquor store that caters to local tastes, which means you…read moremight not always find your personal go-to bottle. This location still carries what I'd consider a broad, well-rounded selection of wine, spirits, and beer. Collectors and curious browsers will appreciate some higher-end and niche options (they're almost always showcased behind locked glass cases), while the cigar humidor and the large beer cooler tucked in the back add a little extra variety. I mean, pre-cooled six packs, champagne, and kegs make for a fun and easy party that you can just grab and go while heading out fishing,to the beach, on your boat, or simply on the front porch. Like most locations, the experience can be a bit uneven depending on who you interact with. I'd say that during my visit, most employees were genuinely helpful (although my sister-in-law who is a local say that others are much less helpful on the regular). Pricing is a mixed bag too, with some items feeling like a deal and others noticeably higher, but that again is something that seems to fluctuate by location. Make sure you download the Total Wine free app for on-the-spot coupons. Weekend visits can be more fun thanks to the free tastings scattered casually around the store, where you can wander up to different stations and sample at your own pace. Most of the stuff they are tasting is low end, but it's at least free to try. We ended up finding exactly what we wanted for an evening drinking with family, including a nice champagne and some local beer. That's all I really need in my liquor store.
