I purchased an outrageously expensive $7 refillable lighter because it was very cute and went back for mire as my friends also enjoyed their look. My lighter happened to have a cracked top and a red piece missing and wouldnt work. The afterniin man, being pleasant and friendly exchanged my defective product no problem. After the hurricane we realised we had to purchase the gas because they were barely filled so off to the store i went. I purchased zippo lightet fluid not realizing there are two different types of refillable butane...fluid and gas. First off he accused ME of breaking the item and tricking his employee intobthe return. I insisted he was wrong, knowing Family Dollar didnt carry the item, i purchased the item anyway. As soon as i got to the smoking patio back home, my fellow residents informed me I bought the wrong type. We needed gas not fluid. I got back in my store and immediately returned to the store to return the fluid and purchase the more expensive gas. Well this guy went ballistic. He actually accused me of using the fluid and returning it and thats stealing. I picked uo another one and explained they weigh exactly the same and if he poured them bith in a cuo theyd be identical and Ive spent over _$500 in the past month with this man and he had the unmitigated gall ti call me a thief when i purchased the more expensive gas in exchange for the unneeded cheaper fluid. Ive never been more insulted in my life. He actually even stated if i bought a broken item from his store and wanted a return or exchange, he would call the police on me!!!! Folks this is a man who by nit standing behind the quality if his products is stealing and robbing us of our honest money! He doesnt care what he is selling us and i for one will never buy from this man again. I invite y'all to join me in not buying from this store in principal. See the photos for prices of individual items. Some items were 2x what I usually pay, but most were within 10-20% of good prices. Now that I am here for work, I lucked up and found it. For that, they win here. Plenty of options here and the store clerk was very friendly, very kind and helped me out. Something cool they sell here is split shot glasses so you can pour 2 different drinks inside. That is pretty cool. They also had the hard-to-find French Vanilla Circo here in the little bottles. Would come back again!
