Bottom Line: Lots of fun bits and baubles for perfectly accessorizing any outfit and plenty of…read moregifty items too. I really enjoy Lou Lou and the downtown Annapolis location in particular. Its quite large and has a huge selection of jewelry, accessories, cards, and such. I always look at various scarves, the Hobo bags, dangling earrings and the stationary and cards. Sometimes I sniff a candle or lotion along the way too. Over the years I have acquired a good amount of fashion jewelry from this store and I've been happy with it. The prices are really reasonable too. On my most recent trip I was pleased to get some Christmas stuff 70% off and some fresh cards made by a local artist. To visit this store I usually park in the Noah Hillman garage just one block off of Main Street and then its a quick walk to the store. There is a second location in Annapolis at the Town Center.

In just a few minutes, I found some jewelry and a leather clutch that I really loved. But I found myself wishing I had a few more minutes so that I could try on some clothes that looked beautiful! The staff were very friendly, too. So a cute shop in a great location with some gorgeous merchandise? I'm sure I'll be doing some shopping again there soon!

Adorable children's clothing and accessories store in Annapolis along the most adorable street…read more(what I think is the main drag?). Walking down the brick road and bopping into stores is what this past Sunday consisted of. The prices were a bit pricey for something a child will outgrow super fast, but the quality looked and felt up to par with the prices. The whole store was basically 50% off so they run deals! The girl working was very welcoming and approachable. If I lived in the area, I know my niece and nephew would be rockin' some of their digs.

Brought the clothes back within 1 week and was not allowed to return. They also don't offer store credit. My husband went to return and was told I had 7 more days to come and pick other things for exchange. The fact that I'm 7 months pregnant and can't come back myself due to my work schedule did not matter to the owner. The no-return policy was not posted, and I was never informed of it, before or after I made my purchase. Also, the items are deceptively priced, which is why I was hoping to return in the first place. Lastly, good luck exchanging! They don't maintain good inventory, so if you're looking to exchange for sizes, they probably don't have the size you need. I would not recommend shopping here, but especially don't buy gifts here. You are setting a mom up for a very unpleasant experience when she tries to return something or exchange it. I can't believe a business can run this way and still stay open. Horrible business practices. I will be reaching out to our local government about this as well.

7/16/22 Thank you Tom for your knowledge on the products you…read morewere selling. I had go vibes before walking into the store, but better vibes when I walked into the store. The best vibes came when I talk to Tom. I enjoyed learning something about the first kilt I ever owned. I learned I could aquire buckle extenders for my kilt that no longer fits me. Yes, married men tend to get a little pudgy as they get older. I am doing my best to control this tread so belly and butt don't get out of control. Back on track, I talked to Tom about acquiring a utility kilt or cargo kilt. Something I thought would be very beneficial when acquiring my first traditional kilt. My first kilt is made out of wool and is for everyday use. My second kilt is for formal dining or settings. Both of these kilts need Sporran to hold your personal belongings. Now for those of you who don't know about Sporrans, they can be very basic to very fancy. All of them if not properly secured can back and attack your manhood. This goes doubly so for guys that go True Scotsman way. Some women who have worn a Sporran might have experienced this Nunchaku like experience. If I lost you, I will explain "The nunchaku is a traditional Okinawan martial arts weapon consisting of two sticks, connected to each other at their ends by a short metal chain or a rope. It takes lots of practice and respect to use this weapon. The moment you do don't show respect for this weapon, you will be smacked by the very weapon you were holding. The True Scotsman way is very liberating I might say, but there are others who find it "Childish and Unhygienic." I once wore my kilt after the Scottish Games to nail salon. The lady or ladies working on me or near me had this smile on their faces. The woman giving me the pedicure obversly knew what she was doing to get a better view. I am digressing again... Tom informed me this shop tried selling the cargo kilts, but they were not big sellers at the time. The fact that cargo kilts generally are not traditional kilts and don't tend to be clan affiliated, I can see why the cargo kilts didn't sell well. Nevertheless, my next and only kilt will be a cargo style kilt. It will either be all black, heather grey or two tone of black and purple. Tom told me of a fragrance they sold (name escapes me right now) and it smells delightful. It comes in a big bottle, which you should not try to take through the airport or it will be confiscated 99% of the time. I think my wife and I will be acquiring a bottle or two the next time we are in town. I liked the Guinness Jerseys did not feel compelled to by one for nearly 100 dollars. I might have if I hadn't already bought a sweater at another store. My wife and I enjoyed our time at this store and look forward to coming back here again. Tom made this experience here well worth it.

Even though the style of the pieces seemed to be going through a bit of an identity crisis, I saw enough I really liked to definitely come back (and I bought a few things). Their jewelry was also exceptionally cute. But what inspired me to write this was the great service I got from the person working that day. It was just one girl working and I think her name was either Sophie or Sophia. She had the coolest and nicest personality and made my entire visit just a pleasant experience. No matter what the likelihood was of not having my size in stock, she always was more than happy to check the back and she was engaged and helpful throughout my visit. She was the only person working and I noticed even when it got busy she took the time to greet & acknowledge everyone that came in the door. I know this is a long post but having had my share of rude and/or ambivalent salesperson experiences, I consider myself a customer service snob so when I get great service I take note. A big thanks to Sophie/Sophia for making my shopping visit enjoyable. I will be returning!

The store is small but has a bounty of clothing given varying taste. I stumbled upon a lovely pair of printed flowy black & white pants which were a must have. Also, grabbed a pair of sweaters and tops to add to my wardrobe. Many of the items are trendy but you can find a few staple items. This is a boutique so the prices tend to be a bit pricey. Somethings are worth the added value yet some of the designer items don't seem to be the best quality. I suggest this place for those who like trendy pieces and if you like pieces you can mix and match.

You can imagine what my expectation was regarding what type of clothes I would encounter. I took her, b/c I'm a good daughter, not b/c I was expecting to enjoy a single moment of my time in the shop. My initial impression couldn't be farther from my actually experience. We drove into an unassuming strip mall and was immediately directed to the shop by signs posted along the parking lot (good idea). As we pull up, we are greeted by a hot pink "red" carpet and window dressing far from grandma/elderly woman's clothing. As we enter, we are immediately greeted by the beautiful diva owner, Giovanna, who verbally directed us to the store layout. My compadre's browsed, but when Giovann noticed I wasn't delving into the clothing racks (i'm not much of a shopper), she came over to me and questioned me on what my 'style' was. Which left me speechless, b/c again, I'm not a shopper and am not the kind of girl who has any idea what "style" I prefer. So, she broke it down for me. "Tell me how you like to 'feel', not how you like to look". Thus began all of our journey into diva-hood. For the next 2 hours, we tried on clothes all while Diva Giovanna showed us tips on how to bring out our best features, how to pose in a way that creates the best pictures, and what looks would work best on our bodies...she even took pictures of us in her clothes to show us how amazing we looked. It wasn't shopping. It was an experience in celebrating womanliness! There is something for everyone in this shop (even a little dog and a piano), casual, fancy, REALLY FANCY... She will make you try on things you didn't even know you would look good in and she will style you. She will make you feel like a princess, and you will leave with clothes, jewelry, accessories that will actually look like your best self. Head to G shop to get your DIVA on!
