I came in with my service dogs and the office manager asked to see the ID. I told her that's not a legal question, to which she said there are allergies in the office -- apparently allergies are superior than a disability. They said they had an office policy against dogs, however their website doesn't mention anything about that in their "office policies" section. Instead of taking me to a private area, she asked me what my disability was and what services the dogs were providing in the main waiting room with other patients and staff around. I was forced to tell her out loud what my disability was which and the services they were providing which was mortifying and embarrassing. She rolled her eyes when I told her my answer. I got so fed up that I finally showed her the ID card for both dogs. Officer manager is unprofessional and humiliated me because of my disability and the need for service dogs in a public setting, including doctor's offices. I've been going to this office for 9+ years and have never experienced anything like this before. This office manager needs sensitivity training on people with disabilities.

Very clean

Fishel himself to personally inform me of the baby's test result (which came out clear) and to ask how she was doing.

We've taken our baby boy to this urgent care center twice in the past seven months. And I have to…read moresay, this facility is pretty good. In December of 2023, we took our then 18-months old to the facility because he was having a 99-100 degree fever. We waited for about 60-75 minutes (it was 2am in the morning). When it was finally our turn, the nurses and doctors provided quality care. We did some testing and later found out that our baby did not have COVID or the flu. Last week, we took our baby boy again for diarrhea and diaper rash. We only waited 15 minutes this time because I registered and checked-in online. The doctor was careful in her examination and explained our next treatment steps. Overall, I think this urgent care center is awesome.

Terrible experience. I don't typically leave reviews but here I am. My two year old son was…read morewheezing and having respiratory distress so I took him in and was very worried about him. After filling out a lot of paperwork in the lobby, they finally took me back. The assistant was so rude throughout the entire visit, I cannot emphasize this enough. Additionally, in the beginning of the appointment the Dr offered my son a lolipop and I explained to her that he couldn't have it because he has severe food allergies to many allergens and I couldn't be certain the lolipop was not be cross contaminated. Well, later when she gave me the syringe of meds to give him, I noticed he started itching a lot after taking it. I stepped out of the room and looked where the medicine was and there was strawberry Hersheys syrup out on the counter. I asked the dr if she gave that to him and she said yes she put it in with his medicine because "the medicine tastes terrible"... but she didn't ask me before or tell me it was in the medicine I gave it to him. I told her that I had told her he had food allergies and she said "we try to use hypoallergenic stuff" and then asked me what he is allergic to after I had told them at least twice what he was allergic to. Regardless, trying to use hypoallergenic items doesn't really cut it when it comes to cross contamination and informed consent... especially when she was on notice of a food allergy and didn't tell me she was using food in the meds!!! Thankfully my son ended up not reacting other than itching but I was shocked that she wouldn't even tell me about the syrup or let me read the label and he was already in respiratory distress. Beyond that there were numerous other things that I was unhappy with during the visit, including but not limited to general staff demeanor.

This practice is a good place to take your child! I love the Doctor! She was super friendly and…read moreinformative when I came in my first time. I had been going to Doctor Jay Bernstein in Germantown that wasn't bad either but in my opinion this location is better. The location is somewhat hard to find. I swear I got lost 3 times going in already. lol I guess after the 5th or 6th visit it should stick to me. Their suite letter is B building 845. Remember that! The nurses are sweet! and the front desk staff are friendly! The waiting area is neat and clean as well. They have the tissues and sanitizer in the front which is great to see! I think the only thing I did not like? was how my most recent visit had a soon to be doctor in training so my daughters appointment took like 1 hour and half because they had to do the same exam over again. I wish they would have told me that in advance so I can plan my day accordingly. It took FOREVER! and my daughter had to get shots! so she was ready to get out! I still gave this location a 4 because they all are SO NICE! lol

Dr. Jamali treated my son and me terribly during our last visit. She belittled me as a parent and…read moresaid things to make my son feel like there was something wrong with him for being on his regular medication. No patience for questions and literally walked out of the room as I was trying to clarify what she said. Even her office staff seemed confused as to why she was acting that way towards us, other than her being over booked and having to see too many patients (sounded like another doctor in the practice recently left so she took on that workload as well). But that's no excuse. If you are looking for a pediatrician, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere.
