At first visit and hearing my story; Dr Goldstein ordered a different test, no other doctor thought to order in the past, he showed me the x-ray, even my untrained eye could see there was a serious issue. He told me to set up for surgery at his next available slot as time was of essence, I was in the operating room 2 weeks later for bowel resection. A few weeks now and I am healing nicely. If not for Dr. Goldstein I am certain I would have ended up in a life threating situation and emergency surgery within months. His record, the admiration from his colleagues, and my experience with him; prove to me that his reputation is well deserved. I have read reviews complaining about his bedside manner; he was on time, polite, organized, very confident and straight to the point, no fluff, all business, answered any question I had to ask, I knew that I was in good hands, this doctor possibly saved my life, and will at the least have made my life much more comfortable a safe going forward.

I've had high-risk pregnancies/supervision for high risk, and I get very familiar with the process from 32 weeks to delivery at 39 weeks, as I have to do bi-weekly NSTs and weekly ultrasounds. The waiting room is a bit disorganized, due to the overlap of all the different offices, not necessarily the fault of MFM itself. Still, when I ever had to wait, it was only a few minutes past my scheduled time. My experiences during NSTs were always positive. Even as a not first time mom, my nerves would creep up on me initially but the nurses here are wonderful and always put me at ease. Kelly RN, cared for me back in 2018/19 and again in 2024/25, is incredible-so kind, personable, and consistent. Jayd RN also administered my NSTs and sometimes followed up with the OB report after my ultrasounds...she's an amazing nurse as well. Bree CRNP, stood out too. After my anatomy scan at Cherry Hill, Dr. Debbs performed the obstetric report. I've seen reviews from some moms who didn't care for his demeanor, but in my experience he was thorough and knowledgeable. I did not perceive any ill-mannered attitude whatsoever...our discussion and his recommendations and advice was clear, professional, and reassuring. Every ultrasound technician I encountered was always friendly and informative (within what they are permitted to share) After each scan, I usually waited about 10 minutes to speak with the doctor (or CRNP) about the results, and my obstetric report was always uploaded to my patient portal in under an hour. Overall, it was a great experience, highly recommend especially for NJ residents who want to avoid traveling into the city with traffic and parking garage fees (Cherry Hill has free parking!) . I'm so thankful for the compassionate and skilled team here and the care at Cherry Hill reflects the high standards of Penn Medicine.

I highly recommend working with RMA and seeking care from Dr. Miranian if you are able. My husband and I came as patients feeling heartbroken and frustrated with recurrent losses and Dr. Miranian and the rest of the team listened to us and treated us with the utmost empathy and consideration. He took time to get to know us, educate us, and really understand our situation. I feel extremely confident in the care he provided us, and he was always there to listen, explain, or ideate with us - all while being both realistic and warm. While some times in our journey have been really challenging, every single interaction with the team at RMA - whether it's Dr. Miranian, or one of the other REs there that day (Danielle, Lange, Guttman, etc.), nurses Annette or Brooke, or Abby (phlebotomist) - have given us the best possible experience. We are now pregnant and graduated to OB care and while we are happy we are moving forward, we will miss the team!!!

When I called NEMOURS to explain the situation, they were shocked -- and they had my son's full records within an hour, at no cost. Why does it cost me $40 but costs NEMOURS nothing. Total money grab! This office clearly cares more about money than their patients. It's disappointing and unprofessional. Don't waste your time or your money go to NEMOURS instead. The difference in care, professionalism, and cleanliness is night and day.

She also spewed a bunch of outdated research like infants should only be spoon fed purées and you need to yell at your baby in a "mean voice" sometimes. The real kicker was when she told me to put my baby in his crib and leave him there all night to cry it out when I said that I support him to sleep. She even mentioned leaving the house to go outside as needed to get away from the crying. I'm honestly baffled at everything that she said. As someone who is supposed to be an expert in children's well-being, I would expect a doctor to keep up to date with current research on what is actually best for children and how to best form secure attachments with our babies. Luckily, I know better, but I feel for the parents who blindly put their faith in a doctor just to get shamed and told they're doing it all wrong and need to be an authoritarian. I will give this place another chance because it's close to home and there are 3 other doctors to meet with but I will not be seeing that same doctor again. If anyone else mentions neglecting my child all night or any other nonsense, I will immediately switch practices. Use caution when choosing my this practice if you want to hold your child and respond to their needs.

On a recent first visit to the Gastroenterology Dept, I parked in the East Lot for the first time and walked up the ramp to the main building only to find two elderly men sitting behind the desk in grey uniforms that appeared to identify them as part of the Maintenance Dept. When I asked for directions to the Gastro Dept - they had NO IDEA! Next, I approached a staff member at a desk outside the entrance for Breast Cancer patients. She pointed me in the direction of the Young Pavilion. After a VERY LONG walk that took me in almost a full circle, I finally found the Gastro Dept - only to be greeted by a receptionist on the phone who refused to make eye contact of acknowledge my presence in any way. I would've be happy for just a smile - but NOTHING. After sitting for a while, I went to the rude receptionist who was still on a call that was - apparently - more important than greeting patients. I stood over her until her finally made eye contact but not with a smile. Instead, she snarled, "I'm on a call! This lack of staff training is inexcusable at a nationally recognized cancer hospital!

For many years, I have hated the size and my body when I look in the mirror. I never wanted larger breasts than I asked for. Dr. Lo is misogynistic and uses patriarchal control over women to get what he wants and to get his after photos to his liking; disregarding a woman's mental health, bodily autonomy and well being. Here I am, and for many years I have not had the money to fix them to how I personally wanted them originally. For myself. I have been in a lot of emotional pain for many years. (As well as a sub muscular tear which made my breast migrate into my armpit. I know the size must have contributed. I have never lifted heavy weights). I wanted to have small breasts all along and I believe I'd look great with them. Dr Lo's opinion of how he thinks a woman's body should look is degrading and speaks volumes about the type of man he is. A woman's voice is SO IMPORTANT when going under the knife, under anesthesia. No matter the shape or size of a woman, we glow most beautifully when we love ourselves in our body, get to have our own independence and be able to think for ourselves. No man should be able to take over you as soon as he puts you out and make MAJOR life altering decisions. Do not trust Dr. Lo with your body, he is just going to do what he wants or what he thinks "looks better" for you. And you might just wake up confused, in pain and unhappy for the next 20 years.

Only reason why I am giving two stars is because the initial breast augmentation was aesthetically…read morepleasing. Otherwise, one star would be left. I do not know where to start. Wide eyed and bushy tailed, I walked into my initial consultation several years ago and inquired about breast implants. I was determined to not have scars (shame on me for not doing more research; however, I trusted the "professionals"). They're great until something goes wrong or you are unhappy. First of all, under the armpit incisions are not the best way to go about putting something into the chest cavity. I mentioned I had some nerve damage and couldn't feel my entire arm down to my pinky for a year post procedure and was told this was caused by something else (not true) it was nerve damage from the implants, which has left me with numbness and arm pain to this day. The implants were also slightly squished after getting an MRI and were too large for my body as a whole. Almost immediately after I had this procedure, I experienced a wide array of symptoms, starting with the nerve damage, numbness and hair loss. I was a bodybuilder prior to the procedure and afterwards, could not do push ups or chest workouts anymore due to the damage they caused. The implant would freeze and almost cramp on the side I had issues with. After three years of Breast Implant Illness symptoms and nearly my entire body shutting down, I knew I had to do something after ruling nearly everything else out. I called and asked if Dr. Lo did implant removal and was told I could come in for a consultation. At this point, I was desperate to just have my life back. It was so bad that I could barely walk some days - from brain inflammation, to mitochondrial damage, hair loss, food allergies, brain fog, the list goes - Breast Implant Illness IS REAL. I went in for my consultation and was nearly in tears because I could hardly function and never knew what the day would bring only to have Dr. Lo smirk and mock what I was telling him. I said "are you mocking me?" And he stated he is a traditional doctor and treats symptoms. He said he could do the removal then back tracked and referred me to someone else (who I did not go to because any referral from a Doctor who mocks and laughs at you in a time of need is not one I would trust). His bedside manner during a time of distress and desperation was deplorable. My mother was in the room with me and she was nearly in tears afterward with the way he spoke and belittled my reality. I am floored that this is the way he treated someone who simply wanted to know the options for removal. There are tens of thousands of women whose bodies reject implants and if a doctor is too ignorant to recognize this then I would walk the other way. I would never recommend him to anyone. I ended up having them removed with a doctor in Bucks County and finally have my life back. YES the SYMPTOMS that you claim to "treat" have diminished and some completely disappeared already. If you treat "symptoms" then understand THE IMPLANTS were the issue because I feel like a human being again and everything has nearly gone away six months later. Wake up to the reality that implants are not safe and check your bedside manner.
