Before she went, I'd worked with her on sit, down, take it, leave it, and some spins with decent success. Brian took what she had and built on it, adding heel, come when called, turn, and stay. He returned a noticeably different dog. When we hit some bumps shortly after, he came back out and spent a solid hour with me going over what was actually happening...not just commands and corrections, but why she was behaving the way she was and what she needed from me to feel secure. (Spoiler: she needed me to be more confident and consistent.) He has a way of cutting straight to what matters without overcomplicating it, and more than once he said exactly the right thing at exactly the right moment. What struck me most across both experiences was how much genuine wisdom he brings to his work. He's clearly someone who has learned his craft through deep experience and observation, and it shows in every interaction with the dog and with the owner. On top of all of that, his pricing was incredibly reasonable; boarding and training combined for what many trainers charge for training alone. We felt genuinely taken care of. Kind, patient, perceptive, and exactly what we needed. Highly recommend.

This place is worth the drive, reasonably priced & I TRUST ROYALTY PET CENTER COMPLETELY with my much loved four legged fur babies! Joann continued the family business that was started by her father. Now the grandson, Gary, has continued the family business. The staff know how to care for your pet & are very serious about the services they provide. They stay busy. Three days before Mother's Day my dog was a mess. Unfortunately they were booked until the following Tuesday. I made a huge mistake by taking my little 15 pound dog to PetSmart, Katy, on Fry Rd. I did not request any special cut & told the groomer to do what he thought best. He informed me my pet was the only one to be groomed prior to closing, thus the dog would be fully groomed in 90 minutes. When we got home I began to give my dog "tummy rubs" I was horrified & angry when I saw how badly the groomer had cut the dog's skin on both sides of the dog's abdomen. There were large red raw irritated skin abrasions! I could see the imprint of the razor's edge where it cut my dog's skin. The area under the fore legs also had cuts into his skin. The areas were so raw I had to bandage both sides of his abdomen. Then I had to medicate him so he could relax as he was trembling from nose to tail. As if this was not bad enough, the groomer, A.K.A. The Dog Butcher, NEVER mentioned there were abrasions on the dog! At time of drop off, I informed the groomer the dog can become anxious when we are separated; there, he was medicated 30 minutes prior to our arrival. At pick up the groomer said the dog was fine & there were NO PROBLEMS!!! What would the groomer consider a problem if RAW AREAS OF OPENED SKIN & OBVIOUS CUTS INTO the DOG'S SKIN WERE NOT A PROBLE??? Lesson learned! I will never go anywhere else for pet grooming services! Royalty Pet Center is the best. It is absolutely a TRUE DIAMOND in the RUFF!!

I have been taking my dog, a very sweet & calm cocker spaniel, to your facility for over 4 years…read morenow. I recently left him there for 5 nights while I was out of town, August 13 - 18, 2025. I picked him up and my dog is exhibiting fear based behaviors that include flinching, cowering and whining. I don't know what happened to him while under your care, I called to talk to someone on your staff, it was a male, hispanic. He didn't offer his title. He said he spoke to the staff but nothing out of the ordinary occurred that anyone could recall. I just now bent down to put on his leash and he flinched when I got near him. It breaks my heart that he's now acting this way. He is 11 years old and has never behaved this way. I just took him to the vet to get him examined and try to find out why he is acting this way. This dog never whines or is vocal. Please supervise your employees closely and make sure they are treating all of our animals with proper care. I don't have any proof that anything happened to my dog aside from his behavior after leaving the facility. I'm just stating my experience with my dog and your facility.
