After that I kept getting confirmation that my sessions was still on for that day, but when I arrived my therapist never showed up. This went on for a month and every week I'd get a $99 bill for not showing up. Finally after a month I received a message that my counselor quit/was fired. No one from Thriveworks rescheduled any of his appointments, so there are likely more people in the same position as me who are frustrated and feel like their mental health isn't important . I was also told that I would be contacted by the clinic's director and they still haven't made an effort to reach out. As I said above, I've had a really bad experience with a counselor before and this doesn't make me want to seek help from therapists/counselors anymore.

I have been diagnosed with depression, and he made it even worse with his cruel comments. Even now, I'm still physically healthy. Overall, he was completely unprofessional toward me and had little respect for me.

I informed her the medication she put me on makes me shake, nervous, angry and shaky- she would only up the dose on the medication that is causing it. I requested a didn't RN and she refused the transfer and told me to go back to my old psychiatrist outside Pine Rest. There is a 2 month wait with him. People are struggling everyday through this trying time- we need providers that care and will listen.

This facility is the ONLY one I have been able to find in 2 years that accepts priority health medicaid. 3. I brought in my 6 year old son to be tested for ADHD and they told me to be prepared to have testing for 4-6 hours and the testing only took 2.5 hours. they then called me with his results and i was so relieved in finding out that what I had thought my son had, he indeed does have ( my mothers intuition was right) 4. when it comes to receiving your results they dont just give you one option for treatment, they give 5-6 options of treatment, which in my opinion is amazing and soo thoughtful.
