The reason given for lack of attentiveness, untimely routines, and staffing errors was repeatedly "short staffed or I just started." Please do an extensive on site visit before placing your loved ones here. My mother regretted her decision from the moment she arrived to the last hour on site. The fact that the administrator never personally addressed our concerns is interpreted as her drawing a paycheck in a position she does not deserve. We only witnessed her once assisting her under staffed day shift and never witnessed her on site during the start of evening shift. I do not kniw if the person making medical decisions was ever present. My mom has no recollection of anyone introducing themselves as the person making decisions about her care. We heard many care staff referencing texting the person for assistance with medication and other treatment questions. Look elsewhere!
