Don't go here if you value your time. While the service providers are pretty decent it's a highly unreliable place to go. They cancel on you last minute and sometime don't even bother to call you when they have a scheduling conflict, so you show up and they cancel on you once you're already there. Spend your money where people will respect your time, appreciate your loyalty and don't jerk you around. read more

I went for my first session and was a bit put off by the organization. When I booked my session, the receptionist was very lovely. When I got there, I had to wait for 15 minutes before my therapist took me in. Maybe I'm being picky, but in a lot of other places they take me in at my scheduled time unless I arrive early. I was offered water while waiting which was kind. My session wasn't too great as it was hard to relax - between the music that was playing with advertisements in the room (YouTube offers a ton of unlimited relaxing music that you don't have to pay for), and the super loud conversations that were going on in the halls and the front desk, it was a real turn off when you're trying to relax. I can't imagine getting a massage when people are talking like they're in a loud bar. My therapist was nice, but I sensed like she was frazzled and I wish she took the time after my session to summarize what she discovered as opposed to telling me a few tidbits while I am paying in front of another waiting client. It felt like it lacked confidentiality. The overall ambiance was very good - very clean, peaceful energy. I received a free Epson salt bag and a bottle of water. Prices are reasonable and the place is very clean. They also sell products at the front desk like clothes. Anyway, perhaps this just was a one-off experience, but I was quite put off by it. read more

Hey Sara M (post April 4th, 2019), I saw your post and had to reply as a long time customer. It sounds like you've had a frustrating situation but I've been going to Therapy Lounge for a decade and haven't had, nor heard of, this type of thing. Hopefully you see this as a unique situation and try them again one day. I tend to go 6 times a year, so hardly a "regular" and the whole staff have been accommodating and incredibly pleasant to work with, let alone all the effective and therapeutic massages that I've had. read more
