We put our youngest son here for aba therapy we started doing sessions with this lady Jasmine we…read moredropped her she was wasn't doing her job she was dealing her problems then he got a new person also name Jazmin she couldn't do it she had full schedule she dropped him then scheduler she said might take a while for our son to get another person then until they find one xochitl she nice lady then she disappeared scheduler and case supervisor elnaaz said she hasn't turned in her notes they keep calling her no answer then scheduler found new person Andrew when he entered our house he introduced him self then instead of sitting waiting for our son to come out the room he was playing he goes straight to the room we told our son to bring he's cars or arts stuff that's not ok what he did after my son mom spoke to elnaaz about it he just stayed in living room everything was going awesome he took out he's Nintendo switch 2 play with our son then our older son got involved playing then now scheduler message my son mom that they dropping our son all way he's mom called the therapy lounge spoke office supervisor she stated we cancelled we so much sessions my son mom told her we only cancel when we sick then he got sick for week supervisor said well u cancelled session in may June ive told my son mom that he never mentioned he writes he's note like our oldest son therapy Kyra she mentioned Imma write my notes so they used him not turning in he's notes as cancelled days that's elnaaz said xochil never turned in her notes either elnaaz got concerned it seems they were gonna do samething dropped him xochil got cleared but Andrew dropped our sonof him being sick for week our son got sick and for doctors appointment or any other personal appointments for us so advised u not to get Andrew dropped him ASAP he thinks he can just show up at door step your son being sick or not my son mom express her with office supervisor to give our son another chance she no due to policy for canceling sessions when non of this our fault we'll overall they seems sound like they don't do it the kids needs help seems just wanna do the sessions get out get paid really unprofessional

On my daughter's first session, the therapist (Ana S.) texted she'd be 10 minutes late, then 30 minutes later said she'd arrive in 5 minutes but couldn't make up the time. I told her not to come, as a 10 minute session would only upset my daughter. Her response was simply "No problem." No apology or attempt to reschedule. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. Save yourself the frustration and find a more reliable provider.

Telehealth services…read more Stevie Verdugo, Leonardo's Speech Language Pathologist Assistant is not physically at this location but is 100% telehealth . She has been wonderful. My son was behind in the number of words he should have for his age. We started on June of this year. The progress he has made is nothing but a miracle and it's all thanks to the tools given to us by Mrs. Verdugo. He has increased is his vocabulary and is finally able to communicate his needs .We still have a long way to go but I know she'll get us there. She has taken her time to learn and meet Leonardo's needs and that alone makes her excellent. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are harmful and have no sense of responsibility to their clients or…read moreinterest in their clients' needs. Three days after my very young and inexperienced BI thanked me for being so welcoming to her and creating a great working environment (we had bent over backwards to make everyone on the team feel welcome and amicably did everything they asked us to do, including move my car out of my own driveway so the BI could park there - yes, they asked me to do this), she quit with no notice saying she felt uncomfortable. There was no attempt to talk to us or have a supervisor talk to us. On a Friday, she told my children she would be back on Monday. On Monday, we received a call from her supervisor saying she would not be back. That left my son without the services he desperately needs. I spent that week looking for another company and trying to work things out with insurance. That Friday, I was told they had another BI available and we could start services the following Wednesday. On Tuesday, the day before we were to start services, I got a missed call from the BI's immediate supervisor. Instead of leaving a message, she sent a text asking me to call her, yet she failed to tell me what the call was regarding. I figured it was about starting services the next day, but as I have a difficult time trusting the company after they left my son in the lurch, a few details in addition to "call me back," would have been much more professional. When I called the woman back, we confirmed the start date for the next day, but I reiterated my displeasure about the manner in which everything had been handled. I also let her know that I wasn't pleased her supervisor hadn't called me, as she had told me 8 days prior that he would. About an hour later, this woman's supervisor did call under the guise of trying to work things out. At first, he came across as wanting to listen to my concerns. However, after I detailed everything that had harmed my 7 year-old autistic son, he flatly informed me that their policy was to let BIs leave a job site with no notice or attempt to communicate with the client and that the policy wasn't going anywhere. When I let him know how harmful that was to their clients, usually children who need services, and the effect it had had on my child, he told me that was how it was. He also launched into a defense of the company and excuses as to why I was going so long without services. When I told him I needed someone who could commit to my son and that I am in fear that we will start with someone else who will also leave with no notice, he told me he couldn't guarantee that wouldn't happen. That is a HUGE problem! I also let him know about the issues I had with the BI's immediate supervisor who had done nothing to intervene and mitigate the situation and also underestimated the time it would take to get a new BI. Additionally, on the phone call the day before services were to resume, she issued a veiled threat by asking me if I was really willing to work with her team, which I let her supervisor know. He repeated the veiled threat. I told him that I had no issues with the new BI and would be very nice to her, as I was to the old one, and that the only person I had an issue with was the supervisor, but that for the sake of my son I would work with her as much as needed, but as little as possible. This was when he told me I was telling him that I was not willing to work with the supervisor (not at all what I had said), and that we would not be getting services until we had a team meeting. I tried to argue this point, as my son needs services, but this man was not interested. So now my 7 year-old son is not getting his needs met, and I am looking for another company. If I could give them 0 stars for their lack of concern for their clients and their clients' best interests, I would.
