I found Dr Inessa thru word of mouth and feel like I struck gold! Dr Inessa is incredibly SMART, friendly, patient, warm and gives you her full attention. She does not make you feel rushed, addresses all questions calmly and caringly, and responds to emails! The staff at BH Pediatrics remembers your name and child's names when you walk in, are available whenever you call (without long hold times) and look like they are very happy to be at work. The nurses are very friendly and also remember your name when you walk in! Her office charges an admin fee which may be a deterrent for many people but once you experience the convenience of having medical support 7 days a week (office is open Sat&Sun) along with really amazing customer service and positive/calm energy leaving you with a smile when you leave BH Pediatrics, it is well worth it. We are switching pediatricians because of it. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone to make an appointment or ask about an appointment/ meds etc. their hold machine goes for 15 min before it goes to voicemail. Then no one must check the voicemail because I've never gotten a call back. I've literally been on hold for 2 hours total yesterday, and going on a half an hour today plus a voicemail. All to make an appointment because my newborn is having diarrhea.

They are very expensive and you have to pay nearly $30 for parking with a credit card (NO DEBIT) just to leave but it's worth it. Among the first time I started coming I didn't know you had to use solely a credit card and I left my credit card at home DR. Alexander paid for me to get out of the parking structure. She didn't even have to do that she did it just because she's such a great woman. Her children and her husband are so blessed. She's been so loving and sweet and I love how she is with my baby girl. She's been so supportive and helpful the Drs and receptionists are truly amazing. I have never had such quality of service with a medical provider before and because they are so good to me and my baby it is just so heartwarming. I'd give them a million stars if I could it's gonna be hard to travel here when my husband gets stationed in Oceanside but I will do everything in my power to come back because my daughter is in good hands. There was little empathy or effort to build rapport, and the overall interaction felt transactional rather than patient-centered. As a parent, it is important to feel heard and supported, especially when it comes to your child's care, and unfortunately, that was not the case during this visit.
