I'm not gonna say anything bad about them. They did help me, but I always had to keep going back, it was never ending. Caitlin and her team which include Danny and Sam, really know what they're doing. They examine you, work out an exercise and therapy routine and give you a time limit. I actually had great results with my lower back and left shoulder after two months. The atmosphere is laid back and I ended up having great conversations every time. I've taken away exercises that I continue to do everyday, which helps tremendously. It's been about 3 months and I feel great. I hope I don't have to go back, but If I do, I know where to go. After looking around in the area, I was discouraged by the poor reviews I read for many of the facilities, and bad experiences described to me by people I know. Then, a friend of mine referred me to Caitlin at SportsCare in East Rutherford. I feel so fortunate to have found this stellar practice. Caitlin and team were accommodating with my schedule, provided more than enough personal attention, kept me motivated throughout treatment, and maintained a positive, comfortable, and very clean environment. Despite how much recovery sucked, I did not dread the early morning sessions. I was always greeted with a smile and had pleasant conversations. Caitlin consistently suggested additional at-home exercises to help with recovery, and she and Danny were not shy in correcting my form to ensure maximum benefit. As far as SportsCare itself, they were not in-network with my insurance, but the co-pay they worked out with me was very fair and there have been no billing issues to date. I had my last session today after 3 months of treatment and I feel like I'm losing some friends... My elbow is as good as I can expect given the trauma and foreign objects under my skin. I feel confident that I am much better off for choosing SportsCare, and this location in particular. Life changing treatment!…read more Where do I begin? I have so many good things to say! I had been in bed for about a week with a chronic migraine attack - barely able to muster strength to even eat. The pain got so bad I contacted my primary care physician to setup a visit. After his examination he wasn't able to determine the root cause of the migraine, but prescribed migraine medications, and setup an MRI to be done in a couple of days. The prescription meds were no more useful than the OTC meds. I made zero progress, and the pain was only getting worse. That is when I decided to give acupuncture a try - given I have had success with it in the past for other problems. Jennifer was fully booked, but her office team was able to squeeze me in. They sent me the forms I needed via email, so once my appointment rolled around I didn't have to wait around in a lobby doing paper work (the last thing you want to when fighting a migraine). When I showed up for my appointment I was greeted like I was a family member, or a dear friend. The office was warm, cozy, and the smells of essential oils gentle filled the air. After checking in at the desk I was immediately taken to my treatment room - no having to sit around and wait in a lobby. Within a matter of minutes after my appointment started, Jennifer was able to determine what she thought the root cause of the migraine was, and began treating the issue. I immediately felt relief! I was in total disbelief! What I really appreciated was Jennifer's patience in describing what she was doing each step of the way, how and why things were causing me pain, and what to expect during the treatment, as well as after the treatment. She is so kind, patient, friendly, and truly cares about your wellbeing. Before going to Jennifer for treatment I felt like a prisoner in my own body, and didn't have much hope things would get better.
