I went to sol skin a few times to receive dysport. My last appointment (which was over a year ago) I went for my regular appointment with a male injector and I left being like this is amazing I barely felt anything g he was so gentle. I didn't get results, I ended up going back a month later saying I noticed the injections didn't work, I notice I'm getting a wrinkle above my eyebrow that wasn't there before. His response came across defensive. As I was explaining I'm not too happy with the results and the wrinkle above my eyebrow which was never there before his responses is yes it was, but I was getting a Spock eyebrow because of how it was injected . His response is you should have came back sooner. I said well I'm here now and his response is well I can see from your before photos that it is here (I haven't had dysport in my face now for over a year and I no longer have a wrinkle on top of my eyebrow). He was laughing, he was rude to me so I proceeded to get up and leave because I couldn't believe how I was being spoken to. I received a call from the manager to ask what was happening and I explain how I never saw results, I couldn't believe how he was speaking so rudely to me. The manager tells me we have to look into my diet, any weight loss, or anything g that would make the dysport not work. It was a two week process at least for them to look into the case coming up with every excuse; until I proceeded to say "why am I going to pay for a service when I am getting treatment like this?" Once I said that that's when they were like "oooo ok we can offer you $50.00 worth of dysport" I ended up getting the $50.00 worth and I was scared to go back, I was scared to go anywhere with the treatment I received because the injector sucked it was my fault according to him. I hope no one goes through this experience and this is why I felt it was my responsibility to share my experience. I finally went to another clinic over a year later to receive dysport and I can see now how at sol skin the injections were not what I was looking for.

It made me feel a little uncomfortable with him constantly leaving the room and coming back with different needles. The way he injected was not the best and the results after two days was non existent. By the 3D day I called the owner. She told me it's way too early, wait 2. -3 weeks for results. Well I've never had to wait more than 2-3 days to see really good results. I wanted to look refreshed for Christmas but that didn't happen. Not sure if the Botox was old ( should be no more than a week old) or watered down, but no visible results were had. Very disappointing. I won't ever go back especially since after emailing the owner , she did nothing to help or convince me otherwise , about my bad experience ,and results from the service person or the Botox that I paid for and didn't get.

When the nurse got around to coming out to get me I knew The Powder room wouldn't be for me. Her look was uncomfortably unnatural. Her face looked swollen and her lips looked like she had an allergic reaction. If you like the obviously injected look you may want to go to this nurse. To me she looked like she had been punched in the face or was having a really bad reaction to something. Luckily I was able to get out quickly. She said they couldn't treat me because of an existing medical condition. I was grateful to be able to leave since I knew this wasn't the place for me. She tried to keep me there to tell me what they could do for me after my condition was cleared. I told her no thanks and got out of there fast.
