I was referred to Kelly at The Powder Room by a friend who has been seeing her for a couple of years. I read her reviews and felt comfortable right away, and decided to book at appointment with her the next time I was going to be flying into Toronto. I spoke with Taylor who is at the front desk, about some services that they offer, she was very pleasant and helpful. Luckily I was able to coordinate an appointment while I was in town with Kelly! When i arrived at my appointment, Kelly sat me down and went over what I would like to achieve. She then educated me on the VARIOUS products that would fulfill these goals. She was very professional and I trusted her immediately. She is very detail- oriented which is a quality that helps prefect her work. Kelly is a true Artist. I cannot wait for the next time I see her, I would recommend her to anyone that is looking for the best service and immaculate results.I would literally fly to Toronto JUST to see her for another procedure. It doesn't get better than this!

Instead, I was kept waiting half an hr. As a potential new client my first impression was that they don't respect their client's time. When the nurse got around to coming out to get me I knew The Powder room wouldn't be for me. Her look was uncomfortably unnatural. Her face looked swollen and her lips looked like she had an allergic reaction. If you like the obviously injected look you may want to go to this nurse. To me she looked like she had been punched in the face or was having a really bad reaction to something. Luckily I was able to get out quickly. She said they couldn't treat me because of an existing medical condition. I was grateful to be able to leave since I knew this wasn't the place for me. She tried to keep me there to tell me what they could do for me after my condition was cleared. I told her no thanks and got out of there fast.

I have been to this clinic for quite sometime now, and so far, me and my wife have never been happy with results we got from different treatments we had, especially the HIFU skin tightening and the Fotona Ablative. I will be having a follow up in the next few weeks and I will update my review together with results. So far, I am very happy with the results. This place is a must visit, and I would say, come and see for yourself. The staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful. Super friendly and relaxing environment. Highly recommended.

The facials themselves were on the verge of pathetic - 6 products in total. The products were simple - a cleanser, exfoliate, mask, and moisturizer. I've had much better and cheaper at spas and high end resorts. It's not worth it.
