You will be disappointed... repeatedly. We had our bathroom…read moreremodeled by Bath Planet about six years ago. When we first received the estimate, we were told the shower and all associated work came with a lifetime warranty. Since then, we have had a recurring mold issue forming behind the silicone. They did come out once before and reapply the caulking, but the mold issue continues. After reviewing the contract, it does state that caulking itself is not included in the warranty. However, our concern is not normal caulking wear, but the repeated failure and mold forming behind the silicone after it has already been replaced. Under normal conditions, properly installed and sealed silicone should not be allowing mold to develop in this way. When we contacted customer service, we were told there would be a $250 service fee to come out and inspect the issue, and when we requested escalation, we were advised it could only be handled via email with a callback at an unspecified time. At this point, our concern is that this appears to be a workmanship or installation issue rather than routine caulking maintenance, and the response we have received has not aligned with what we were originally told at the time of installation. Based on our experience, we are disappointed with both the ongoing issue and the handling of our concerns.

It worked beautifully, because everyone at the company does high quality work, and the Arganbrights have great integrity and years of experience. They write very detailed construction proposals, with each element priced out, so there are no hidden costs or surprises. (Their prices are more than fair, by the way.) They sent photos and kept in regular phone and email contact, so we completely felt in the loop while work was being done. The Iowa-made WoodHarbor cabinets they feature are high quality, and the Arganbrights have good relationships with suppliers such as Cambria (quartz countertops) that result in savings to the homeowner. When we arrived from CA, the house was very thoroughly cleaned, all appliances checked and it was ready for move in. We recommend WoodHarbor highly. Remodeling and construction are usually stress-filled endeavors, but not so this time. We would work with the Arganbrights again, happily.

ProSource continues to make their own demands on how corrections should be done. And I've been…read moreasked why I'm not ok with their last email. Think about these things: - the install was purposefully done incorrectly. At no point were any of the egregious concerns ProSource now remains fixated on even worthy of mention to me. Not a single one!!! - the prior install took 3 months. I'm supposed to allow them to rip apart a home that I'm trying to sell and then do what exactly with two floors worth of furniture and belongings? How can people even walk through a home with the floor (and subfloor) in total disarray? How can they even enter the 2nd floor when the supposed structural issue is right at the top of the stairs? Answer: they don't. - this isn't a favor to me. I asked for the simplest resolution: just return my money. ProSource, who again did all of this wrong from the get go, now has impossibly high standards that I should bend over backwards for to get the issue resolved. Their way. Their timing. And I'm supposed to trust that this time, they're honorable. What a joke! Honorable people do it right the FIRST time without having to be told! None of this is to help me. They assume people can't see the whole picture. And they want to make it as inconvenient as possible while still denying it was the ENTIRE install. TWO LEVELS. Not "areas". EVERYTHING they did with the laminate. Read that again: EVERYTHING! Don't be me. Don't hire this company. A lot of flowery promises over blatant lies. "Supposed to be custom" they are stored in warehouse b so they come in warped. Kitchen cabinets cracked in all joints. Paint runs everywhere massive gouging Had about 40 replacement and the replacement came in worse the others. There is dirt hand prints everywhere in all kitchen cabinets they send a third party to repair in driveway "with fresh cut grass and on a railroad tie wall. Some cabinets have a matted finish and some have the slight coating "to make easier to clean " after a lot of my complaints " they started sending cabinets to a representative. 15 drawers and doors were ordered they were so bad. Then they sent them straight to their repairman. "Sad to say they were awful "I replaced 40 year old cabinets that were 100% in better shape. I didn't order refurbished cabinets I ordered new. This is 2 year battle. I called jasper Indiana ( where made) and the head man said "it's a quality control issue and you'll have that".

We decided to reached out to K&B for some closet organization. Eric was the one in charge of our project and he did everything from the quote to final install. We were very happy with the planning, design, communication, and install that Eric with K&B was able to provide for us. He was prompt with replys, clear when communicating, and thural when installing. I do not see us going anywhere else for future projects.
