It worked beautifully, because everyone at the company does high quality work, and the Arganbrights have great integrity and years of experience. They write very detailed construction proposals, with each element priced out, so there are no hidden costs or surprises. (Their prices are more than fair, by the way.) They sent photos and kept in regular phone and email contact, so we completely felt in the loop while work was being done. The Iowa-made WoodHarbor cabinets they feature are high quality, and the Arganbrights have good relationships with suppliers such as Cambria (quartz countertops) that result in savings to the homeowner. When we arrived from CA, the house was very thoroughly cleaned, all appliances checked and it was ready for move in. We recommend WoodHarbor highly. Remodeling and construction are usually stress-filled endeavors, but not so this time. We would work with the Arganbrights again, happily.

This rating would have been higher if the installer followed through on his word but that seems to…read morenot be something he can do. The good: Russell was very friendly and knowledgeable. Easy to work with and the purchase of flooring went smoothly. The install itself is above average. I have no real complaints there aside from the floor feels weird in spots upstairs. (Subfloor most likely and may have nothing to do with the install itself.) The bad: I paid for everything. I should have waited. The trim hadn't come in for the transition on the stairs. It was backordered for roughly a month. I had to send numerous emails asking what the status was. It's now been in a month. It hasn't been installed. I get a family emergency coming up and gave that two weeks. But then I had to follow up again, we scheduled a time, he forgot, we scheduled a time, he got behind. Will the trim ever be installed? Who knows! It's been TWO months! So yeah, I'm annoyed at this point. I would not pay him again until everything was done and if you aren't rich, just expect to be lower on the priority list. Is that worth good work? You know, I'm just not sure anymore. Is it good if it isn't finished??? Floor is done. Three months from start to finish.

They have tens of thousands of samples from hundreds of lines/manufacturers. And you can see, touch and feel them all, if you have the time. The selection, as I said above, is very large, almost intimidating. If you don't have a good idea of what you want, I can see you getting lost. However, they do have great staff that give you one on one attention and can help give you advice and help you figure out what you really want, or really need. The only real drawback is that there are price "codes" on everything, not actual prices. You can ask for selections in a price range, but until the order is set up, you really don't know the cost. This can be intimidating and disappointing when you realize that something you instantly love turns out to be way out of your price range.... In summary, ProSource is absolutely the best place to interact and sense what flooring/walls, etc are available without trying to divine it from a picture or written description. Unless you're absolutely sure of what you want, allow yourself enough time to see all the options...

The staff was really nice and even though the store is packed to the gills with stuff, I could still navigate with my stroller so, I can show a future executive chef the tools of the trade.

We decided to reached out to K&B for some closet organization. Eric was the one in charge of our project and he did everything from the quote to final install. We were very happy with the planning, design, communication, and install that Eric with K&B was able to provide for us. He was prompt with replys, clear when communicating, and thural when installing. I do not see us going anywhere else for future projects.

He told me kitchens run $30-$40K, he had not idea how big my kitchen was. It could have been a 10x10 or a 20x20. Told me he was booked out 7 months. To who? He certainly wasn't interested in helping me, he was trying to scare me away. Looks to me like if you look like money they will deal with you. Wrong attitude.
