However, when I showed up for the second session, the receptionist, Angelica, informed me that the session had been cancelled and the PT was not in the office. I had taken off work and moved an important meeting to show up, so the fact that no one called or texted me was extremely inconvenient. The receptionist, Angelica, showed absolutely no emotion or concern; she didn't make any eye contact with me and behaved in a bizarre and robotic way, just clicking on the computer without acknowledging me at all; there was a total lack of any kind of social ability. While it's highly possible she is neurodivergent (in which case her behavior makes sense) this is a business, and if someone at a business makes a mistake, the mistake should be acknowledged and the inconvenience to the customer should be remedied. I won't be coming back here.

The teamwork among the therapists is good, so if one isn't available there's another one who can guide the transition to the next exercise. The chief therapist periodically checks for pain level, so I feel he wants to closely follow my surgeon's prescription for PT. There is plenty of on-site parking. She works on you using TENs and another muscle simulator that does sound waves, followed by a massage and teaching you exercises that you can also do at home. Making appointments was very easy, and the therapists are very personable and friendly. Highly recommend if you need physical or occupational therapy. Bonus points for the business allowing Mt. St. Vincent students to intern while pursuing their degrees.
