We couldn't have been happier! Ross, Bridget, Lauren, Tom, Vinny, and the entire 11 piece band we're absolutely amazing! They kept the dance floor packed all night, and everybody has been raving about how amazing they were since the wedding. I've gotten at least 10 texts and calls asking for the information for them for upcoming weddings. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody! If you are the fence of a DJ and saving money or a live band, stop now; yes, it does make a huge difference! This band rocked and literally made our wedding. We were not an easy wedding, we wanted songs from the Beastie Boys to Hey Mambo Italiano, to Ingrid Michaelson. We had an annoying do not play list and even asked the band to sing some songs but without a country feeling. The band came through in every way possible. From the guitarist sliding on the dance floor ripping a guitar solo, to Luciano Pavorotti being performed right after dinner and making literally everyone cry, to the keyboarder nailing every Billy Joel song, everything was perfect! We were nervous because about 75% of the wedding crowd was under 30 years old and the other 25% were an older. The band did an amazing job at playing new and old music that everyone knows and loves to dance too. We didn't want the same typical wedding songs. The dance floor was filled the entire wedding! The band played off the energy of the crowd and we had a ton of energy. From the cocktail hour to the very end the band did not stop playing. Our party even chanted "One More Song!" for an encore performance. I am telling you all our guest came up to us and said they felt like they were in the middle of live rock concert all night long. I'll start off by saying I was cold-emailed by this company. They had provided quite a detailed…read morerundown of what they could provide, and for the cold outreach, they said they I would "be granted free social media with [my] package on [my] first and second purchase." I compared several options, and I ultimately went with them which turned out to be a terrible mistake. First off, we had hired them for a healthcare organization's event, and they had no templates for the photo strips that would be relevant to our field (i.e. something with a syringe, or a stethoscope, etc.). They said they could create one on the spot, and truly, they were less than professional in aesthetics. I even provided them with the hex codes for the company's official colors, and still they didn't adhere to them. I also provided sample images they could utilize for the template. At the end, the custom template they had designed looked like someone used Microsoft Word to put it together. Moreover, I had indicated several times that we wanted an open-air setup for the photo booth. The day of the event, they bring this huge, white, blow-up photo booth, and while it worked (I suppose?) for this event, it was extremely strange, especially since this was an indoor, more formal, networking event. It made the event have a kid's party feel to it, and while we went with the flow, we were told two different stories about why the incorrect one was brought to the event. The first story was that the photo booth attendant had accidentally brought the incorrect setup, but when I emailed the company, they had an entirely different story. A representative responded with, "[T]he backdrop got damaged at an event that was done earlier in the day so we called the point of contact and informed her and she said it was okay to bring the inflatable booth." That is false as the contact person day-of was not informed and given a choice but rather told a different story (as aforementioned). Additionally, the photo booth arrived *LATE* to our event. They were supposed to have arrived a half hour earlier to get set up so that when the event started, the photo booth would be up and running. The photo booth attendant arrived *at the start of the event,* so there was an awkward setting-up situation happening while people were filing in to the venue. It was extremely unprofessional. When asked why the attendant was so late, the representative said it was due to traffic, which in my opinion, when you're hiring an outside company for a service, they could a) let the contact person know they're running late, and b) avoid the whole fiasco and try to leave a bit earlier so as to account for traffic time. Lastly, the social media link that was mentioned at the beginning of this review was something my colleagues and I were all looking forward to sharing. Essentially, it's a link with all the photos taken at the event so those who attend can access their photos online and share them on social media post-event. Well, after waiting for over a month, I still hadn't heard back. I sent an email on November 7th - no response. Sent another again on November 28th, and then finally received a response on the 30th. Here's the response: "We apologize for our delayed response. I believe the link was sent by the attendant. Let me check with him and have it resent to you. As for the photo booth, the backdrop got damaged at an event that was done earlier in the day so we called the point of contact and informed her and she said it was okay to bring the inflatable booth. For the tardiness, which was as a result of the attendant being in traffic, we would love to offer you a free hour towards your next event. Please see coupon attached. We do apologize for the inconvenience. As mentioned I will have the digital copies sent over as soon as possible." The attached "coupon" did not look official at all, and again, it looked like someone had put it together using clipart from Microsoft Word. It read, "Redeem this coupon for: Free Hour Towards Next Event Valued at $100." Lastly, that social media link that they said would be "sent over as soon as possible" - guess what? It's now December 16th, *THREE MONTHS* post-event, and still no link. Overall, I would highly suggest you look elsewhere for a photo booth company. Perhaps they hired a new administrative person who is poorly managing their emails, and perhaps the day of the event, traffic and extraneous factors made arriving at our venue a complete mess. However, the unprofessional demeanor and quality of work that I have seen and been privy to the last few weeks is something I would *not* recommend to anyone.
