The initial unedited pictures were upfront beautiful and the final product was breathtaking. She caught amazing candid pictures throughout the event and did an awesome job directing the group photos (ie imagine posing a large group composed of both elderly grandparents and 4 year-old grandchildren). She was so polite in helping people position themselves for the picture, while also making them feel very comfortable throughout the process. We first did my maternity shoot with Rita and I knew we were going to have a great time from our first phone conversation! She is so patient and considerate. I am plus size and it's not easy to find someone who is good at capturing larger bodies in a flattering way, RITA CAN!!! Which is so nice! I felt so comfortable and beautiful in my photos. I am so grateful to her for that! The next greatest part was she included our pup Rose in the photos! 4 weeks ago I gave birth to our little Quinn and we got her photoshoot just before she was 2 weeks old. She had no experience with the baby and just kept saying "Smile Baby". The photos were okay, but out of 119 we liked 4 or 5. This was the second time we used them, the last time wasn't great either and it was for my daughter's engagement. We thought we would try again. We bought a few but only because we did so much to make it happen. SO disappointing for a Marriott approved company. I feel they would have used a better photographer at their resort.

They were super responsive through email and we even set up a phone meeting with one of their DJs, Nate. We were able to talk to him and he was so great, so that convinced us to book them right away. He listened to everything we wanted and totally understood what we were thinking. They also had a questionnaire for us to fill out which helped us with all our music choices. Hope, from the office, emailed us to keep us on track. We even had a final phone call with her to make sure everything was set.
