Terrible customer service. They flat out lied saying my doctor never sent in my prescription…read moremultiple times. Then when my doctor has to call them directly to find out why they were saying they didn't get it they said they could fill it the next day. they didn't order my med then tried to pretend that it was my doctors error. Save yourself some time and do not go here. They do not care about their clients and have no morals about lying to them. When I calmly point out that they lied to me and to my doctor. They admitted they lied and said it doesn't matter. They lied saying they didn't get the prescription from the doctor because they didn't want to explain that my insurance wanted to wait until closer me running out of my med. They also lied 3 times saying they would order my med and didn't. Which I found out later is because they don't make a lot of money from my med and it's expensive so a lot of pharmacies don't like ordering it in case the person doesn't fill the order and they get stuck with the expensive med. So basically money is way more important then people to them.

I expressed to her that I was thinking about getting a massage as well, but had to be at work at 1pm. She suggested the Aquamassage they just got the day before, and MAN was she right! The rooms were nice, neat and clean. I did the full body Cryo, Normatec compression, and the cryo facial. It has only been about 12 hours but I am already feeling the positive effects from the cryo treatments. The normatec compression was almost instant..I definitely recommend this if you have sore leg muscles or leg pain.
