New London, Wi. I think most of the staff means well but they have their hands tied by the archaic process. There was no was to get my mother an appointment for wound care without seeing a real doctor for the first visit. This first opening was 2 weeks away and she was developing cellulitis. They offered an appointment 3 days away in Appleton at 8:00 am. My mother is 97 years old and does not even function until 11:00 am. She refused to even consider this early appointment 25 miles away. Currently the NP has her on a strong antibiotic. The NP's do all the work, I've never even seen a doctor. This whole system needs input from the staff and act on it. The business end people need to be replaced, they are not even looking at the results of their decisions. read more

The worst fraudulent billing practice in the Wisconsin hospital system. Staff will change your annual physical to an office visit because you discussed items that were a concern at your last physical. Even when the Dr confirms with them that it was a wellness check, they pull your appointment call it confirms you booked it as a wellness visit and exam. Do NOT fall for the scam that is taking place at this facility. Unethical staff. I will never return to a scam like this. Nor will I ever pay for their reverse billing tactics. And Dr Jolly (Dr Felix Odathil) should be ashamed of his call to promise to get this resolved and corrected. He lied! It's a competitive world and there are ethical people that want to assist and help others instead of being opportunist to try to scam people. I will be finding an ethical Dr that doesn't try to scam me and lie. read more
