I had tried another fancy one in the area and had a terrible experience, so I was apprehensive. I knew ahead of time I was asking for something difficult, going from a fashion color to a more natural one... and on the opposite ends of the color spectrum at that. Cherie was polite and professional during our consultation and assured me she could handle it. And boy did she ever. The particular red I want is something I had a very hard time getting back in my home state. I would ask for copper and get auburn, or even mahogany. Cherie aced it on the first try. It is -perfect-. I have zero complaints. She made awesome product suggestions, kept me updated on what she was doing to my hair as she did it, and overall gave me a fantastic experience.
