Today is August 4th and I have not been given any updates since early June despite them going to court at least twice and failing to update me yet there has been counseling agreement documents and self pay forms with a minimum cost of over $1500 uploaded to my online client account as well as an ADDITIONAL ASSAULT CHARGE document (?!) I made it clear in the beginning I would not agree to literally anything, counseling, probation , fees ,only a dismissal. I hope this can be resolved soon because it's unacceptable I have to resort to getting a response this way. Absolutely no communication. I've spent more time attempting to reach someone than I have actually speaking to someone about my case. There is absolutely no reason for someone who pays this kind of money to be intentionally ignored and avoided for such a long period of time when I'm messaging and calling on a weekly if not daily basis. A simply 5 minutes of their time that they were so good at giving initially, before they got all of the money owed, would be nice! Really not happy about this at all and given the ridiculousness of the charges and affidavit , and evidence I've already provided I am not even sure how it's been going on as long as it has JUSTINEA Edit to Update, they have refunded my credit card the full amount as of this morning 8/5/24 and STILL HAVE NOT RESPONDED.
