I contacted Brian Webb law when I was getting help for a family member. 928 took thousands of…read moredollars and now almost 5 years later they have accomplished nothing and are now tell her that because they are out of money they cannot represent her fully. But other than paper help and talking to and discussing a settlement with the other side 928 ignored most if not all our requests. We where often told by the attorney 928 would do thing for us but nothing was done either they never took her seriously or they don't care they did the bare minimum and now all the funds are gone.

I had a horrible experience with 928 Law. Taylor Swick and Brian Webb were deceitful and completely…read moreunprepared. I had to make a quick decision on hiring representation for a very stressful custody battle and was so confident after the consultation but shortly after was extremely disappointed. I explained the situation, that my previous attorney was being disbarred for various reasons including bailing on several clients, that my children were dealing with extreme parental alienation, and that I myself was dealing with harassment and constant threats. Nothing that was proposed over the phone was ever done. Swick assured me that he would first file for a protection order, but never did. Nothing was ever filed in regards to the need for an order of contempt to fail to follow the current parenting agreement, nothing was even done until a few weeks before the trial which was also when I was made aware that I would not be allowed to use evidence or witnesses, although I was getting billed for the research on this as well as almost 30 attempts to contact the previous lawyer who was not reachable (and Swick was well aware of this). I was billed for conversations with Webb that I was promised I wouldn't be billed for, conversations that went on over an hour of him rambling trying to convince me that they're doing their job but not allowing me to get a word in. The day of the trial was so unorganized that the other party even tried to help Swick coordinate which recording with the corresponding transcript- none of it was used because of his unprofessional embarrassment. He showed up late, sweaty palms, not a single objection or argument was successful, or made much less, and in the end I was billed $30,000. If you're looking for dishonesty and outrageous billing, you're in the right place.

The Law Office of Tevis Reich

Earlier this week, I completed the online form on Mr. Reich's website requesting a consult. It took…read morea while to gather all the information on adversarial parties that they requested so they could do a conflict of interest review prior to setting up an appointment with me. In response to my form submission, I received an email from Tevis saying he doesn't actually use their online form because they get so much spam (maybe use a spam filter?) and that I needed to call his office, which I did. I spoke with a woman named Zoe and gave her all the information I had already filled out online because she said she couldn't access the information from the form. She looked up each party while I was on the phone, clarifying business names and individual names. She said their law firm might have a COI with one adversarial party and she'd need to ask someone in the office if there was a problem consulting with us. She put me on hold. When she came back to the call she said she checked with the person in the office who would know if it was a COI and that it was not. She then booked an appointment for this afternoon. My husband took the afternoon off from work and we drove 45 minutes to Mr. Reich's office. When we arrived we were given a paper form asking for all the information I had already given both in the online form and to Zoe. Before I finished the form, Mr. Reich came out to the reception area and said he was sorry, but he had a conflict of interest and couldn't meet with us. What? Zoe knew we were driving quite a ways for this appointment. Why didn't she call us in advance to cancel? They had the information for two days. And why have an online request for consult form if you don't use it? How incredibly unprofessional. Feel free to engage this guy if you can trust someone who doesn't care about your time. It's clearly a poorly run office. Edit: Mr. Reich replied to a Google review implying I was offended by the need to check for COIs. In reality, I fully complied with their need to check for COIs THREE times, but they failed to act with basic common courtesy and cancel the appointment in a timely manner. He also stated there was no online form...that's simply not true: how would I have received his email response if I didn't fill out and submit the form? And the implication that I didn't spell something correctly... come on Tevis. That's just petty.

I have gotten to know Mr. Reich and Mr. Schreiner and their staff quite well. I am certainly in a good position to review them! Both attorneys are very experienced and thorough in their communications. They have provided excellent guidance for us. They have been patient with us when we have questions, taking the time to hear us out, explaining the laws and then offering measured advice. Today, Mr. Reich argued on our behalf in a hearing, in which I was very impressed with his thorough arguments. He was able to bring us to a much-awaited favorable outcome. He was clearly well prepared. It was clear that the judge has worked with him many times and respects him in her court. In a smallish town like Flagstaff, the legal community is small and reputation is everything. The Reich law firm is very well respected. I can see why. The administrative staff has been very friendly, supportive and patient in the process, as well. We always feel like they are fighting for us. They are clear about their duties and follow through in communications quickly and professionally. I am glad to have Mr. Schreiner and Mr. Reich on our side and would clearly recommend them to you. Mr. Schreiner and Mr. Reich, we offer you our most sincere thanks for your efforts on our behalf and we wish you much prosperity in your practice.
