Rather than making the process unnecessarily complicated, he pointed me toward an appropriate lease template and helped me understand it. He in addition gave me advice on laws and best practices to keep me out of bad situations with renters. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely interested in helping. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for an attorney who is knowledgeable, straightforward, and focused on finding the right solution for the client.

I cannot recommend Michael Wozniak highly enough. In the time I've known and worked with Michael,…read morehe has consistently been professional, compassionate, incredibly sharp, and exceptionally capable of understanding complex legal matters; but above all, he gets results. He's unlike any other attorney I've ever worked with. Also, no one even asked me to write this. It's a true honor to know him, and deserves all the credit. Before hiring Michael for a matter involving someone I care deeply about, I did extensive due diligence and spoke with five other highly recommended attorneys in Arizona. I had a very specific goal in mind, and no one I spoke with could confidently tell me they believed they could achieve it. Michael understood exactly what we were trying to accomplish, took it on, and not only achieved the outcome we had hoped for, but went above and beyond to resolve the matter swiftly and effectively. He is a diamond in the rough, and if you happen to find him, go with immediately, it will be the best decision you've ever made, and your best chance at winning. There's not many attorney's like him and he does keep a low profile. So, if you're looking, i truly hope you find him in your search! I have now worked with Michael on three separate occasions for same/similar matter, and every single time, he has delivered. He is strategic, fair, responsive, and has a remarkable ability to connect with people and navigate difficult personalities and complicated situations without losing sight of the ultimate goal. What also sets Michael apart is that he genuinely cares. You never feel like you are simply another case or number. He brings humanity and compassion to incredibly stressful situations while still being the person you want in your corner when it matters. There is no smoke and mirrors here, Michael is the real deal. Finding an attorney you can genuinely trust with matters involving someone you care deeply about is rare, and I feel incredibly fortunate to have found him. I would recommend him without hesitation. I wish there were more attorney Wozniak's on the planet!

I wrote him emails and called, and he ignored me. Seemed like a good guy at first, and the short Facebook video posted around the same time frame about helping people was just hype. I explained what would happen if I didn't get help, now I'm homeless, have lost about 98% of what I owned due to a dishonest con artist landlord in Winslow, Arizona named Robert Salisbury that scammed me out of my home, failed to pay all my wages and took other money under false pretenses. What started out as a hopeful call to an attorney turned out to be just a disinterested lawyer, which helped leave a disabled senior citizen homeless in Arizona during the summer.

I have gotten to know Mr. Reich and Mr. Schreiner and their staff quite well. I am certainly in a good position to review them! Both attorneys are very experienced and thorough in their communications. They have provided excellent guidance for us. They have been patient with us when we have questions, taking the time to hear us out, explaining the laws and then offering measured advice. Today, Mr. Reich argued on our behalf in a hearing, in which I was very impressed with his thorough arguments. He was able to bring us to a much-awaited favorable outcome. He was clearly well prepared. It was clear that the judge has worked with him many times and respects him in her court. In a smallish town like Flagstaff, the legal community is small and reputation is everything. The Reich law firm is very well respected. I can see why. The administrative staff has been very friendly, supportive and patient in the process, as well. We always feel like they are fighting for us. They are clear about their duties and follow through in communications quickly and professionally. I am glad to have Mr. Schreiner and Mr. Reich on our side and would clearly recommend them to you. Mr. Schreiner and Mr. Reich, we offer you our most sincere thanks for your efforts on our behalf and we wish you much prosperity in your practice.

Earlier this week, I completed the online form on Mr. Reich's website requesting a consult. It took…read morea while to gather all the information on adversarial parties that they requested so they could do a conflict of interest review prior to setting up an appointment with me. In response to my form submission, I received an email from Tevis saying he doesn't actually use their online form because they get so much spam (maybe use a spam filter?) and that I needed to call his office, which I did. I spoke with a woman named Zoe and gave her all the information I had already filled out online because she said she couldn't access the information from the form. She looked up each party while I was on the phone, clarifying business names and individual names. She said their law firm might have a COI with one adversarial party and she'd need to ask someone in the office if there was a problem consulting with us. She put me on hold. When she came back to the call she said she checked with the person in the office who would know if it was a COI and that it was not. She then booked an appointment for this afternoon. My husband took the afternoon off from work and we drove 45 minutes to Mr. Reich's office. When we arrived we were given a paper form asking for all the information I had already given both in the online form and to Zoe. Before I finished the form, Mr. Reich came out to the reception area and said he was sorry, but he had a conflict of interest and couldn't meet with us. What? Zoe knew we were driving quite a ways for this appointment. Why didn't she call us in advance to cancel? They had the information for two days. And why have an online request for consult form if you don't use it? How incredibly unprofessional. Feel free to engage this guy if you can trust someone who doesn't care about your time. It's clearly a poorly run office. Edit: Mr. Reich replied to a Google review implying I was offended by the need to check for COIs. In reality, I fully complied with their need to check for COIs THREE times, but they failed to act with basic common courtesy and cancel the appointment in a timely manner. He also stated there was no online form...that's simply not true: how would I have received his email response if I didn't fill out and submit the form? And the implication that I didn't spell something correctly... come on Tevis. That's just petty.
