This place was such a great find. We just went into the little arcade off High Street for a quick look to see what was in it (mainly Choons the vinyl record shop that drew us in). The décor was the first thing that caught our attention, it kinda looked like one of those little idyllic places you only usually see on Instagram. Cosy blankets offered to wrap yourself in of you want to sit outside and lovely natural wood tables beautifully designed inside, complete with 2 little bay windows stuffed with cushions to make the place as comfortable as your own bed.
I'm pretty new to the whole concept of frozen yoghurt given that I don't have much by way of a sweet tooth, but even I liked this. You pick your tub size as you go in the door, then the flavour of yoghurt you would like which you serve yourself from the machine, and then head to the counter where there is a table full of treats to adorn your tub with. Finally at the till you have a choice of sauce, melted Nutella and other such goodness. You pay by the weight of your tub, so you can choose how much or how little you're wanting to spend.
I have to say it was delicious and really set off by the tiny shop being such a nice place to visit. They serve all the coffees you would expect in a modern café and seem to take it seriously as the day we were in there was a barista in looking like he was there to train staff in the production of proper espresso based coffee. So although we didn't actually get any (it was my birthday and we called in by way of yoghurt being desert) I'd say the coffee is likely to hit the spot too. read more
