Extremely Unprofessional - Repeated No‑Shows and Zero Accountability…read more If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. This company failed to provide the service I paid for and showed no professionalism throughout the entire process. I emailed them about the issue, and instead of resolving it, they told me to call back another day and gave me a sad excuse. I followed their instructions and called back on the day they requested. They claimed they would come out "weather permitting," but on the scheduled day--when it wasn't raining or cold--they canceled by text that afternoon. They rescheduled for two days later, and once again, they did not show up. The weather was perfectly fine both times, so their excuses made no sense. This is by far the worst service experience I've ever had. They wasted my time, took my money, and never delivered the service. Stay far away from this company. Choose TruGreen or literally any other provider before dealing with this one.

I 1000% recommend The Yard Crew! It's a family owned/operated business run by good, friendly people…read morethat do excellent work. I hired them to trim a tree that was engulfing my shed. I told James I wanted to remove the threat to my shed, but do as little damage possible to the tree. He agreed & explained how he'd trim in a way that would allow the branches to keep growing without damaging the shed. Other people tried to rip me off by claiming they'd have to cut WAY more than necessary, just so they could charge more. James, Emily & their son JJ did the job today. It took about an hour & was exactly as we discussed. And, aside from the fact that the shed roof is now visible lol, you'd never even know they were here. They hauled away all the cut limbs & didn't even leave tracks from backing the truck/trailer into my yard! I went with James because he knew his stuff, gave a fair price & just seemed like a good person. After meeting his family & seeing their work, I'm SO happy I followed my gut. I definitely plan to call them for future jobs.
