I did not have a good experience with this company. I had a combo of stone work/yard regrading…read moreafter a pool installation. Franco sent out the stone team to do it all. They were not confident in the regrading portion and told me this as they went along. They were stone guys, not landscaping guys. I shared that with my sales rep and they decided to still move forward. ( "We are short staffed") The work done did not come close to what the estimate was written for. My sales rep was not easy to communicate with to get the extra charges removed (estimate on dirt used/grass seed/straw mat/labor hours for regrading that wasn't done). He was not friendly at all and offered no apology for my lack of satisfaction with that portion. I was happy with the stone work but not happy with the regrading part of this project, which was important to me as my pool was installed high and we needed the rest of the yard to slope nicely around it.

They insured the walls had proper drainage and graded and seeded after constructing the walls. The Shelby County community is lucky to have such a honest and talented landscaping company in its area. We would highly recommend McIntires for any lawn and landscaping need. McIntire now has a full line of annuals, preannials, shrubs and trees. Thier selection is the highest quality in the county. If anyone recalls the original Elsbury's in Hope, they have one of the long time employees managing their plant and garden center. You will see plants of the variety and quality you won't find at a WalMart or Rural King. If you are serious about your garden and landscape you must give them a look.
