They were very thorough both before and after installing the curbing and they make sure you understand the care and maintenance to have a long lasting product. For the type of product, the crew, and the labor it takes to complete curbing the price is VERY fair - I was surprised - it is a great value. Very happy with Elite and very happy with the curbing.

However, it was like pulling teeth to get anyone to give me any information about scheduling. They never once gave me an actual date that they were planning on starting. I kept getting things like, "we should be starting in 2 weeks" or "we will hopefully be done by the end of June". We had a lot of rain this season and I'm sure that put everyone behind schedule, but no one ever gave me a single update about the new timeline. I came home one day and my old fence was just gone. Zero notice. They had taken my deposit 3 months prior to this time and I honestly expected them to at least give me a courtesy call saying they were finally coming. And then once they took my fence down, I STILL didn't hear from anyone about when they would be back to put the new one up! I waited an entire week before contacting someone about it and never did get a response. They just showed up again with no notice. I was never upset about having the work pushed back. I am just incredibly annoyed by the complete lack of communication by Made Rite. If communication doesn't matter to you, Made Rite will be a fine choice for you. Like I said, they did a great job, just don't expect to know when they are coming.
