He's super friendly and was great to talk to. Got us some of their garden mix, 1 yard worth. He gave us some large plastic pots for us to haul the soil in our vehicle. Offered delivery but I figured for the amount of soil, I could handle it. The other employees were nice and friendly as well. They have a great place for tress and shrubs. It all seems organized and well kept. I'll definitely return based on the overall appearance of everything they had and the excellent staff they have.

In each instance, he has been very professional and quick to correct any issues that have arisin, even issues not related to him. Every landscape project will have issues (weather, product, site, home contractor, etc.), its how a landscape company deals with it that counts. He texted a tale about tearing a rotator cuff and being unable to handle snow removal for the rest of the season. But in the next couple of days, he posted several videos and photos on his Facebook page, showing himself working diligently to remove snow from multiple homes in the area, with no mention of an injury. I asked for an explanation, but he's ghosted me. That makes me think his whole injury story was bogus and he just decided to strand some customers during the largest snowstorm in Appleton's history. So if you're considering hiring 1st Class Grass $ Snow, have a Plan B in mind. Caveat emptor!
