Great host. Good prices. Irish with Indian influence. I'd go back. The small Irish breakfast includes coffee/tea.

A magical quiet hideaway garden on a sunny afternoon with great options for veggies and vegans. Very fresh food plus a nice cup of tea!

This was done through email on their website and was seamless. This restaurant is on its way to a Michelin star, in my opinion. I'm maybe not a total foodie, but I have eaten in many excellent restaurants and this is among them. All the food we were served seemed to be local and freshly prepared. Even down to the house pickles. Every part of each dish was curated and prepared with thought. The flavors all worked together seamlessly and the dishes were beautiful to look at and to eat. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable, and gracious in answering all of our questions. And we had many of them considering we are not locals and we were fascinated with their creations and selections of food. I highly recommend land to Sea restaurant if you're in Dingle. It would not surprise me if it soon earns a star and you will not be able to get a reservation. Go now!

Walked in without a reservation and luckily got a table for 2. The hostess was not friendly, she…read morewas quite rude. That being said, she was not Irish (every Irish person we came in contact with were lovely!). She sat us and told us the soup was Tomato bisque and I was very excited because it's one of my favorites and I'm a vegetarian (not vegan). There was an early special and you could choose 2 or 3 options. I chose the soup and a fish dish. It did take quite a while for a server to show up and take our order. It then took a long time to get our drinks and it wasn't very busy at that point. The soup was delivered and it was lamb stew. I understand mistakes can happen. The server said I could choose something else on the menu and I didn't see anything that was vegetarian or that I liked. I said the fish alone would be fine. I did not like it at all. It wasn't flavorful. I'm sorry, I know it's an unpopular opinion as I saw many 5 star reviews, but I am very surprised that this is a Michelin restaurant. I would like to add that my husband really enjoyed his meal and the atmosphere was great. Maybe a bad night for them? Or maybe I was just hangry.

Another great pub lunch. Our tour guide recommended one so being ornery we went to the other which…read morelooked more inviting. I had the Fish Pie: salmon, cod, smoked haddock in white wine cream sauce topped with mash(ed potatoes). It had plentiful fish and was served very hot. I liked the variety of fish. The smokiness from the haddock complemented the simpler flavors of the cod and salmon. Potato topping was slightly browned under the broiler. The fries were good. This also came with another excellent pre-dressed small green salad and good coleslaw: light on the mayonnaise, tangy, and peppery. The wife had the fish and chips and I thought it the best of at least 3 we've had in Ireland. The batter was consistently crunchy, thickness appropriate for the fish, and the portion generous. Again, served with sides of the same green salad and coleslaw, and more mushy peas. I think the wife likes these more than I do. The server was welcoming, the surroundings inviting, and we spent a relaxing 35 minutes or so and, refreshed, continued our walking tour. Sadly didn't get to try the Sticky Toffee Pudding because we had planned on ice cream down the street. Looking at the website just now I see they have rooms upstairs. One described as "Cute Apartment" and the other as "Cosy Flat". Probably worth checking out if you're considering a stay in Dingle.

We tried the Dingle single malt signature - smooth and intense. The fish pie was our consolation prize after the fish and chips were sold out. Delicate, golden topped pastry over a bed of mashed potatoes with creamy fish in what is like a pot pie, was piping hot. It was served with a side salad, cole slaw and chips. Chips were very good. We shared a beetroot salad, which was excellent with yummy garlic bread. Sticky toffee pudding was the finale. It was good, not great. The edges were a little dry and the dough was coarse, not smooth and velvety as I hoped because of others I have had in the past elsewhere. The waitress saved us the last piece since she heard us talk about it. That was extra nice! Good atmosphere and service, good drinks.
