When I requested a downgrade 9 months later, they refused, and are now threatening legal action to get me to continue to pay a monthly service fee at the higher level. Attached is the email they sent me, which they are ignoring. They even tried to pull the funds out of my bank account via ACH, after I had revoked their permission to do so, but thankfully my bank has blocked them.

As an entrepreneur, I find this space to be a great motivation and a wonderful change of scene from working at home (where I am almost never as productive), or from the boring 777 office buildings (where, frankly, the people aren't as cool). The awesome, completely renovated house- turned shared office space, is beautifully decorated, and is full of character.
