We spent the morning doing our scuba class and by the time we were done anything was good but I was amazed . The bbq bacon burger was just what I needed and yea I acted like a kid and got tater tots. Shoulda asked for cheese on them but didn't matter. Good, hot and ya. The crew said the fried jalapeños were fresh and legit and I can say the potato skins were just as good. The Wolf is well worth winding the 'lake country' roads to the golf course and restaurant. Just 1 mile off highway 100/82, set on a quiet, treed country golf course. Talk about a find, I can't believe we've lived here for over a year and hadn't been to the Wolf yet. Recommended by a friend, the food is just delicious, of very high quality, but at really great prices. Family operated and staffed, you feel welcome the minute you step through the door. Very casual place and menu, full service bar due no doubt to the golf course AND duck bowling alley, the Wolf won't disappoint. First off- the burgers! Utterly delicious, each is a half pound and cooked to perfection with rings, hand cut fries or sweet potato fries. I've never seen a more decadent burger than "the Leroy". Prepare for a cheeseburger like you've never had in your life! The other sandwiches we've had, the ruben, cheesesteak (onions, please!) and hickory chicken have been memorable and delicious. So just went and it's super hot in the restaurant. I assumed the AC was out but the waitress just said oh no it's bc of the big windows. No apologies or offer to sit the fan on us. Customer service was horrible. I get it was hot but she didn't want to wait on us and didn't try at all. The burger was okay and so were the onion rings. We played this golf course Fall 2012 after it had been re-opened. The greens are fresh and new, the fairways need rain. The staff was very friendly - family owned. The grill was fun. The standout was the great hamburger with fresh made guacamole. Best burger I have had in ages. They have an inside bowling set up. A great stop for people staying at Lake Tenkiller. read more

This is our home away from home. THe food id delicious. Prices outstanding and the atmosphere unbeatable. Every weekend we go to the lake we come up here for breakfast. Will not find anything over $5.00 and it is all homemade right in front of you. I have friends that come with us that crave the garbage plate for weeks afterwards. Lunch is anything from burgers (best in the area) sandwiches, salads, nachos. Homemade potatoas or chips. Dinner more of the same with a special. Friday night is steak night. Saturday night fried catfish. I have yet to have a bad meal yet. A definate must try if you are taking a weekend to the lake. read more

I visit this area couple times a year and this trip is the first time finding this golf course/restaurant. Since finding this place on my 2nd day here I have chosen to eat here every day except one when I was out of the area. Being from Austin, TX I know good food. So far I have tried the Philly Cheesesteak, fajitas, hamburger and the Ribeye on Friday night. Every meal was excellent. The fries are fresh cut and delicious. The golf course is beautiful and can't beat the price of a round of golf. The driving range is very convenient. Will look forward to my trips to Vian with more enthusiasm since I found this place! This is a fun little golf course! The new owners have invested $$$ and made significant improvements (18 new greens, new golf carts, tee boxes, bunkers). More improvements are planned (bunkering, access to Veterans and golfers with disabilities). The pro shop is fully stocked, full service food and beverage, even a duck bowling alley. It is located in the beautiful foothills near Lake Tenkiller. My last visit was in September 2013 for a quick round. read more
