Her food is fresh, flavorful, healthy, interesting, seasonal, and beautifully presented. It requires a minimal amount of prep beyond heating, a few veggie and/or herb chops, and voila! The portions are surprisingly hearty, and I always have leftovers, whether I am ordering for 1 or 2. Customer service is always on point, responsive, professional. I'm so grateful we have a local answer to some of the bigger box meal delivery services. While I enjoyed those in the past, I feel better knowing my food is coming from the local community, instead of mass shipped across the US. Very grateful for Kate's Plate every Monday when the food is delivered to my front door. I can't say enough great things, other than thank you!

After finding nothing much more than chain pizza restaurants who would deliver, this company was a light at the end of a tunnel. The delivery fee was $10 and didn't include a tip for the driver. This was a small price to pay when we were out of state and couldn't physically be there to help in any way. They were very responsive, helpful in our particular situation, and recommended a great place as an alternative to what we were originally trying to get. They ordered from one of the restaurant's catering menus, had it picked up, and delivered in less than two hours! Just in time for dinner too!! Awesome! Would definitely recommend this business for local uses or otherwise! Couldn't ask for better service! Thank you!! :-)

I have a busy week ahead and knew I didn't want to spend time cooking so I was looking for pre-prepared meals! Lean Kitchen was the answer to my needs! Location: Right off of Red Bank Road, with plenty of parking options. Service: I was greeted by a super friendly woman working the front desk and she answered all of my questions and went through each of the food options with me. It seems like she even knew which customers were regulars, which shows how much they value customer service. Price: its a little up there. You can get 10 meals for $80. Cheaper than eating your lunch and dinner out every day but likely more than the cost of a weeks worth of groceries. Luckily the ease and the variety of the meals helps make the decision to purchase easier. Food: So far I've only had the Sweet and Sour chicken... PERFECT. It had a little kick to it but was flavorful. I definitely feel full after finishing despite the fact that it's not a huge portion. I have many more to try, but the other customers in the store raved about all the options. Including the bang bang tacos and cheeseburger bowls. I also saw some pastas, chili, salmon and veggies, chicken and rice dishes, tacos and more. And I arrived at the END of the day! I'm excited to try more and am thrilled that these items are healthy and not frozen. It makes paying a little more worth it. Inside: there's tables inside to dine, and a microwave to heat your dish. So if you're hungry and don't want to take it home (or are looking for lunch) you can certainly eat there. Also, I was in the store for about 10 minutes and 3 different customers came in to shop so it is popular. Im looking forward to returning to Lean Kitchen next week and giving the dishes I purchased a try this week. I love the location, food, convenience, and service! And I always LOVE supporting Black owned businesses! A true 5 star spot to check out!

When there is a problem with the food, that falls directly on the restaurant NOT the delivery service. I have also had bad delivery and messed up orders from El Burrito Loco, that is not the fault of Oxford to You but the restaurant neglects to read the order correctly. I also order no meat or cheese and yet that's what they send every time. I no longer order from them. BUT I have ordered from almost every other restaurant offered by Oxford to You, all have been excellent and quick! I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED OXFORD TO YOU. Being able to order from multiple restaurants on one tab is fantastic. Being able to pay and tip directly through the app is awesome! And the fact that I am supporting local businesses and townies who work for them makes it all worth while. I am so happy Oxford to You is available. Thank you to all the folks who are a part of Oxford To You. THIS IS NOT A PAID REVIEW BUT A GENUINE, HONEST REVIEW FROM A LOYAL PATRON

Title: Awful Experience with Oxford to You…read more Review: I had a terrible experience with Oxford to You last night. After eating the food I ordered, (the order was incorrect but I decided out of hunger to eat it anyway.)I ended up throwing up, which was not only distressing but also made me question the quality and safety of the meal. When I called today to address my concerns, I spoke with the manager, Elle. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she refused to provide her last name and told me she was getting "bad vibes" from me--simply because I wanted to share my experience. This dismissive and unprofessional response only added to my frustration. I will be reaching out to Louise Linger, the owner, at louise@oxfordtoyou.com to ensure my concerns are properly addressed. I have spent $100's on Oxfordtoyou and as a paying customer, I expected much better treatment and accountability. I hope this feedback prompts serious improvements in both food safety and customer service.

I was told that it would be about an hour or more to get our food because I picked a resturant that was busy (as it was dinner time on a Saturday night.) The company took the time to call me to ensure that I was okay with the delay in getting my food later than I had expected. To my surprise, my dinner arrived in 30 minutes from ordering online! Thank you for the fast service! They have excellent customer service. Of note: it's wonderful to be able to order from resturants and businesses that don't normally deliver. I work at a hospital and can not leave my work place to get food.

(I also don't really like to grocery shop.) They are always on time in their deliveries, decently priced, and have a lot of great produce options. One of the distinct advantages of this service is they offer a lot of other groceries besides just produce unlike some of the other Famer's Boxes I've tried. Another key reason I've stuck with using them is that their website design is clear and simple to use, and they send me a reminder email whenever I need to customize my box. All items have arrived undamaged, and taste great! Lastly, by not having to go to the grocery store, I am saving time and money because I don't end up buying things I don't really need by browsing. Green Bean is a much more conscious way of shopping, and I have greatly reduced my monthly grocery bill.

Green BEAN Delivery is an absolute godsend! Imagine fresh, delicious, organic groceries delivered…read moreright to your door every week. THAT's Green BEAN. You go online and choose what bin size you want for your family, and how often you want it. For my family we get the small produce bin every other week and it is more than enough food. The absolute BEST part is you are allowed to customize what comes in your bin. You bin comes with whatever is in season, but let's say you're not a huge fan of broccoli. You can switch out the broccoli for any other item in the drop down produce menu. At the store I go for one thing, and end up spending so much more than I wanted. This way it saves me time and money. Also I feel more in control and aware of what I'm eating. Since I personally order 2 or 3 oranges I can control how many I want (unlike the grocery store) so the rest of the bag won't go bad. We started a few months ago and now we have it down to a science. We are eating healthier, and my stress levels have gone WAY downhill. We take a trip to Findlay for some meat, and the rest of the week we get creative and try to use the seasonal ingredients in a fun and new way together. I plan on having Green BEAN for as long as they will keep delivering to me! Oh, and it's only $35 for the small bin + Free delivery! Also a great gift for older parents who can't get out to the store as often as they'd like. I cannot thank Green Bean enough for helping me keep my family happy and healthy!!

The new store will have grab-and-go options eventually. Highly highly recommend giving this place a shot if you're a busy person that still wants fresh healthy meals for an affordable price.
