I was told that the only things that appeared to be missing were two tomatoes, a couple pieces of cheese, and maybe a little lettuce. So essentially, what you see pictured is what they consider an acceptable $16 large salad. Only after I said I was going to post a review was I told I could come back and get another salad. But that completely misses the point. I don't want another salad. The point is that you are charging customers $16 for this portion and apparently consider it acceptable. I wasn't trying to get free food or an extra salad. I simply expected to receive what I paid for. If this is truly the standard portion, replacing it doesn't solve the problem. The problem is the value. I've supported this restaurant, recommended it to other people, and sent customers their way, which makes the response even more disappointing. Unfortunately, they've lost my business, and I certainly won't continue recommending them. If this is their idea of a $16 large salad, customers deserve to know what they're paying for before they order. Charging $16 for this amount of food is pathetic. Edit: I translated my English to Spanish since the manager spoke Spanish when I called and needed another employee to translate. No issues with that, just tried to assist in the language barrier.
