Which we very much appreciated and would have understood if they were unable to do. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, our server helped us choose between drinks and entrees that we were stuck between. We shared the brunch board which was lovely, the pork belly really stood out. Myself and one other person at our table got the burrata which was absolutely amazing. It was a very generous amount of food, and everything was very fresh and the flavors were so well balanced with sweet and savory elements. I also got the Paloma which I enjoyed. My husband got the sausage gravy, which he liked. He said the flavors were more complex than your usual sausage gravy. My other friend got the French toast which she enjoyed very much. She did ask for extra syrup as she felt it didn't have enough but that's a personal preference of course. All in all we were very happy with our brunch and would come back in the future. I found the selection to be very good. There was something for everyone, and the service stood out.

Wine Bar George is a lovely spot. I always enjoy trying different wines and especially love their French red wine selection.

Located inside the Waldorf Astoria, this place…read morefeels like you accidentally wandered into a private club for extremely well-fed hedge fund managers. Chandeliers and serious service. Yes, technically it's a steakhouse. But as a pescatarian, I treated the menu like a seafood scavenger hunt. I got the tuna, crudo, anything that once touched the ocean. Also, and this is critical, the French fries. You cannot walk into a place this fancy and forget the fries. That would be a personality flaw. Service is that over the top Waldorf style where someone appears instantly when you think about needing water. They are in your thoughts.

The food was good but I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because while it was good quality I am not sure I would say it was the caliber you expect for a $400 meal for two was really there. The amuse-bouche was tasteless but pretty. The bread was nice. The lobster bisque did not have very much lobster in it. The Tomahawk steak for two was cooked to the correct medium rare plus temp but there is an unusual hard crust on the meat that tasted burnt. The beef tallow to pour on is a nice touch. The bacon Mac n cheese is very decadent and a little overwhelming but in small batches ok. The mashed potatoes are the star. Seriously delicious. Crème brûlée was tasty. Cocktails were made well. I am not sure if we would return only because I thought it was going to a wow factor and it was a good factor overall.

We made a reservation ahead of time and were able to check in once we were on resort property. The restaurant itself is beautiful. It is Spanish- inspired and has a beautiful ceiling that slowly changes colors as you dine. The cue from this restaurant is one of the best. You can see several of the parks from there- it's beautiful at night. I always appreciate that Disney goes the extra mile with attention to food allergies. I have an allergy to corn, so our server, Martha, brought one of the chefs (Joe) out to discuss options. I appreciated that he double-checked everything. The service was amazing. We ordered the chorizo as an appetizer. It was very flavorful and the perfect start to our meal. For our main courses, we each ordered the filet. I appreciated that when they brought out any dish, the servers made it clear they were corn-free. Joe came back out to check on us and discuss dessert options. I was able to have the basque burnt cheesecake and it was so delicious. They also brought out a truffle for my husband for his birthday which made our meal feel even more special. I would highly recommend dining here when visiting Disney World if you want a more upscale dining experience.

I made an 8:30pm reservation, requesting a potential view of the distant fireworks that start around 9pm, and was accommodated with one caveat - there was a cross shaped structural pillar in the way! While this couldn't really be helped, I appreciated the consideration, and the kindness and tips from our waiter. The decorations, architecture, and color design within Toledo is really nice. It's both a beautiful and intimate setting, but also sophisticated and classy. We came here for the chef's signature dinner for two, which provides a lot of delicious food and bites. - Flight of Four Pintxos Four miniature bites of random stuff, including cold mussels, raw tuna, potato, and blue cheese. Not for everyone, but I welcomed the adventurous mix of flavors. - The Spaniard A small charcuterie plate with a few cured meats, cheese, nuts, olives, jam, dried apricots, and hardened bread. This isn't the usual type of appetizer I enjoy, but I enjoyed trying all the different flavors. - Chuleton Bone-In Rib-Eye You get a choice of two sides with this, and we chose the brussels sprouts and olive oil-potato puree, which is basically rich and creamy mashed potatoes. The brussels sprouts were seasoned and roasted very well, and I loved how they were very crispy. The rib-eye comes with a tasty tomato-based oil and roasted bulb of garlic. The meat was very fatty, thick, and cooked to our perfect medium rare, closer to rare. - The Toledo Tapas Bar Dessert It's a mousse bar that has a sample of different flavors on top! The most discernable taste was the chocolate mousse, really - great for chocolate lovers, though I do wonder what the other option of Basque cheesecake may have tasted like. Our waiter was immensely helpful and awesome throughout the whole experience, and kindly boxed our leftovers. I would recommend Toledo if you're staying at Coronado Springs and would like a nice, relaxed date night.
