Cameron presented a few options and gave us a very reasonable estimate. Just a week or two later Jordan and Manny arrived and got to work. They did a great job installing the gutters and they worked so fast! Travis also stopped by, explained some of the process to us and helped facilitate the process. The clean up needed a bit more attention. I know our yard is tricky since we don't mow or rack, but we found all sorts of screws and metal bits on the deck, driveway and sidewalk. Their rolling magnet isn't going to pick up aluminum trimmings, suggest a tarp and/or push-broom going forward. The work is beautiful and looks like it's always been there. Besides painting the walls, they did an excellent job of repairing and patching the small holes and dings in the drywall. Everything was done to our satisfaction and the painters did an excellent job. The previous owners had painted over some wallpaper glue in the power room and it was proving very stubborn to get rid of. His company, whom I did not talk to about his inappropriate behaviors, added a message to my record stating not to do business with me again. I discovered this message when I called to have the plumber's work evaluated due to possible issues I was having regarding his work. The Office Manager stated although she and the others in the office did not work for Trudell when this occurred, I would have to discuss this further with the owners since they already had a conversation with me and made the determination not to do business with me. I responded that I had not talked with the owners and that the phone number she stated was in error. It became apparent the plumber had misrepresented me to the owners, and the owners did not care to investigate what had occurred. I waited a few days to see if the owners would contact me, but since they did not, I decided to review this company with a red flag warning with a comment "Very Poor Customer Service."
