When the family came in, the stylist gave them the time, understanding & compassion they needed to feel relaxed about their decision making. The child chose a wig for herself & was carefully fitted. As Mom watched, the child learned all about wearing & caring for the wig. When the lesson was over, the child looked in ALL the mirrors. Then she ran to her mom, & twirled around. Mom just smiled. Due to pregnancy, a lot of my hair was damaged by hormones. Katie has been slowly helping get rid of nasty straw like hair, so it can finally be nice again. She is always very professional, and honest about what will and will not work. I appreciate that since I don't always know what I'm asking for, and it could result in further damage. I've had my hair colored, highlighted and cut several times - and it's always looked excellent. Their new salon location is a good change from being in Murdale. It's nestled downtown and seems better fitting for her and her husbands eclectic and modern style. They also always have a clean shop, and are timely with appointments.
