I've used the co-working space about a dozen times and it has been empty except for one time, and the person there was friendly and quiet. The restroom is a long walk from the front entrance, but Tamitha would give me a back entrance access card since the shared space I was using was right by the back (close to the restroom). The parking is convenient (in the same building) and it is covered, which is great for those cold and rainy days. I highly recommend this space.

I clearly stated from the beginning that I needed a unique business address for my telehealth practice. Based on what the sales representative told me, I signed up. Only after signing was I informed that a suite/unit number required additional fees and that mail handling fees were separate, key details that were never disclosed upfront. I requested cancellation within 24 hours and before the contract start date, yet I was told my agreement had already been in effect for over three months, which is completely inaccurate. Since then, my emails have gone unanswered. To make matters worse, I received multiple inconsistent quotes for the same service when trying to get clarity. The lack of transparency and accountability is extremely concerning. I am now being held to a long-term contract for a service that does not meet what I clearly requested and have not used. Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to proceed with extreme caution before doing business with this company. I hope Regus takes responsibility and resolves this by cancelling the agreement and issuing a refund.
