What a great find! Quite a large store, huge selection of all kinds of furniture, prices were on average 25-30 pct less than other stores I checked for same or similar products! No frills, not much advertisement but about 20 yrs in business in Langley, mostly word of mouth customers, terrific, no pressure service very knowledgeable sales staff. I highly recommend checking this store out before you buy anywhere else.

I have been in constant contact with them (although it took 3 weeks for them to respond to our last email) and they inform me that their supplier does not ship packages directly to customers and I will have to wait a further 10 to 12 weeks for their next shipment. I just sent them an email (July 28, 2024) informing them that THEY can have UPS, Purolator, FedEX and DHL pick up a parcel anywhere in the world and ship it directly to them. I will keep you informed on how they respond to this.

It's amazing how long people hold onto furniture and clothes them release it for it to be discovered by who? Someone who refurbishes old pieces?! Because that's all that comes to mind. I want to strip them down and revamp the design however it would be a huge undertaking and in the end I would rather just have fun looking. The clothes here are not as abundant as value village but I found a cute dress for $5 and that's the kind of thrifting I like. I like to have lots of outfits to use for working on movies as an extra, or just to have. I've always enjoyed a good well loved piece, something clean but lived in with personality. Their are 3 thrift stores all located within minutes of each other. I also donate here , Talize and value village. Its all about the recycling of household items and clothes. I recently downsized after a move and it felt good to re-home some treasured gems and useful possessions.

But as it was longer than the 3 day return policy they refused to do anything for me. I did not know they only had a 3 day return policy. No one in the store mentioned that to me. I explained to them that 3 days is not a realistic time to be able to evaluate the comfort of a sofa. The manager (Casper) was insistent that they would do nothing, and just kept on stating "we don't sell used furniture" (and yet they tried to sell me a "floor model" once). If that is how they treat their customers, it won't be too long before they won't be selling new furniture either. I am very disappointed in their attitude. I guess they don't care about keeping returning customers.
