This is a five star place for sure. I've tried 7-8 things on the menu and it's all great. And the wine list is top notch. Even better is the service. Kath, the hostess, remembered my name the second time I came here - andcevery time since! All the servers - Mackey, Jay Ar, Ryan, Eeeno - are super attentive and can explain all the great food options. I met the manager, Arman, tonight and he must be a fantastic guy to have such a great crew. I really love coming here and am looking forward to many great experiences. read more

A restaurant with lots of gluten feee options! This was a big PLUS as my daughter who is gluten intolerant was traveling with us. There was an array of gluten free desserts which we all enjoyed. Service was good but they could have been more attentive. Nice clean , minimalist restaurant but there were mosquitoes inside that bit me and luckily I had some insect spray on me. It's because they left the front door open at times. They had only one restroom and there was a wait. I think most restaurants on the Philippines have only one restroom. We went to this restaurant 3 times because of gluten free options! read more

Initially me and my friend were ignored for 15 min, as we contemplated leaving then we were acknowledged. I don't believe in giving my money to places with service like that. During vacation ate here 3 times and enjoyed each visit. Ate over the visits; herbed chicken with mashed potatoes, next time salad and the salmon on the last visit. Organic restaurant with healthy drinks. Nice decor and great service from Jamaica and I think he calls himself KJ. read more

I have eaten here three times, today is the last time. My bill was P670, I gave the waitress a P1,000 bill. She comes back with 3, P100 bills and says, oh sorry I need P30, HUH?!? I should have told her I gave you all I have, but I am not an asshole, so I gave her a P50 bill. To make this more ridiculous, she comes back WITH 20, P1 COINS! Tons of healthy options for you to pick, I had the salad and grass fed meat balls for protein. Service friendly however hey don't follow up nice they have completed your order. I think it's the way it is in the Philippines. You have to raise you arm and flagged them down to get service. Not everything was available, coconut juice was out so I got something else which is equally good. Would try other offerings on the menu. read more

-2 for the awful service, we got here lunch time and seated outside as it was already full inside. Nobody was assigned outside and we really had to make an effort just to get the staffs to look at us, others seated outside had the same inconvenience. I enjoyed the keto latte though, salad was ordinary, meatloaf was good and the pumpkin soup was decent. I'd give it another shot, next time to be seated inside. read more

Can I just tell you how awesome this place is? I wish we had something like this back at home in the U.S. Everything about this place is awesome! I love the concept, the food offerings on the menu, and the service! They have excellent service here! Every single person who works here is super attentive. I am allergic to gluten so it's really hard for me when I travel outside the U.S. Luckily, this place had a lot of options for me, including gluten free pasta! I ordered the chicken salad to start, which was super huge! It was large enough for me to share with my family (there were 8 of us). My Filipino family are not huge salad eaters, but the Americans went to town on the salad. The chicken they top it with is super yummy! It's not your typical, bland grilled chicken. For my main dish, I had the gluten free carbonara. It wasn't a healthy choice, but it's rare that I get to eat gluten free carbonara with pork belly pieces! It was more like thick cuts of bacon. It was super tasty for sure. Most of the time, my only option at restaurants is either salad or rice dishes so this time I decided to splurge! The rest of my family ordered the pesto pasta, meatloaf, lasagna, spaghetti, and this pizza that had whole manila clams on it! That was a first for me to see real manila clams on the pizza! When in Rome . . . why not try it? I wish this place was here when I was living here. The Philippines food scene has definitely stepped it up since I was last here! If I was visiting or living here, this would be one of my favorite places to eat. I believe in everything they stand for, and it's really a way of life. Places like this prove that healthy food can be yummy. When I first started eating gluten free, my family had a hard time with it. They thought it was bland, lame, and gross. I will have to admit that I was a bit jealous when they had the bread basket and the spread when we first arrive. It was sooooo delicious - they killed 2 baskets before we even ordered. Too bad they didn't have a gluten free version (you should definitely consider offering gluten free bread and gluten free pizza crust). That spread looked amazing! My 9 year old niece killed an entire cup of the spread on her own! The portions sizes here are super healthy - they are really similar to what we would receive in the U.S. The plates here are definitely large enough to share amongst the group. My family and I also indulged in the extensive drink menu (fresh juices and smoothies)! All of them sounded delicious. Everything we ordered was delicious! I will have to go back a couple more times before I head back to the U.S. I am hoping to try the "Happy" smoothie. That sounds devine. My only gripe would be the paper straws - they suck, but I get it. Plastic isn't the best for the environment or health. So for that, I won't complain about it. I just had to ask for an extra one, and then reverted to my spoon. Makes for a good dessert afterwards. read more

I'm extremely happy my husband and I decided to eat here on our last night in the Philippines. The decor and ambiance is our kind of style--rustic. All the food is organic, but don't let that fool you, we are very full! This is a must-try when you are in Bonifacio Global City! A little tip: the description says it's a breakfast&brunch place, but they only serve breakfast on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. read more

The Wholesome Table - Super cute and rustic ambiance! - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Taguig, NCR

Good and real healthy: you can actually have the best of both worlds. The Wholesome Table is designed with lovely rustic interiors. Earth colors are emphasized with the use of wooden frames and dried grains as table center piece. There is a set-up of indoor trees and hanging plants. Even the powder room is crafted beautifully. The ambience is reflective of the kind of food they serve. There is an immense selection of healthy food from poke bowls, gluten-free waffles, avocado toasts, and more. Source of the ingredients are all natural. Meats are derived from grass-fed cows and poultry are of free-range. This intricacies defined the price point of the menu. Found comfort in the Burrata Cheese with grape tomatoes on top. The bowl of cheese is flavoured with fresh basil and sourdough toast on the side for P350. Also ordered a salad tossed with sunflower seeds, greens, ricotta cheese drizzled with white balsamic vinaigrette. This restaurant is also family-oriented for There is a menu for kids that offers mac n' cheese, DIY pizzza, and chicken crispies. There are no more excuses to refuse healthy dining. read more

Organic food has always been my thing even before the whole Manila craze started. I'm just happy that there are places people can pass by to in get their healthy fix. Take note though, there's a price to pay in eating healthier food. So yes, Wholesome Table isn't cheap. I believe the owner wanted to show to customers that being healthy can be a lifestyle through their menu. You can order different kinds of drinks in the restaurant - from detox juices, to superfood juices, to milk. "Eat consciously, live consciously" also is seen through their main dishes. Typical dishes likes salads, pasta, and sandwiches are available but all with some organic twist. I enjoyed the Kale Caesar Salad as well as the Classic Pesto Salad. Tip: try to stay from the heavy crowd during lunch. Go during an odd hour. read more

My friends and I are in search of a restaurant to catch up. Since we are all on a "diet" we decided to try The Wholesome Table because of its organic and healthy reputation. The day came and assuming that the foods we're going to eat are healthy and full of greens, I decided to wear my crop top. Little did I know that I'm going to encounter my favorite--pesto pasta. My friends ordered other "healthy" stuff and I had a hard time sharing mine because I have pesto issues. I thought our food would taste bland. I never thought that healthy and organic food will taste really delicious. I mean, I've tasted organic foods before but this one is different. Will definitely not share my pesto next time. read more

There are just random moments in my life when I would just want to start living healthy. Sometimes I would tell myself to step away from the greasy and unhealthy food for once and just start eating organic. Good thing there's The Wholesome Table to supply me with good organic food whenever I want. The best thing about this place is its wide selection of food to choose from. They have heavy meals, salads, pastas, pizzas, and even detox juices/ smoothies. The place looks so pretty on the inside you just can't help yourself from taking pictures. If you need to update your Instagram feed with cool new pics then visit this place! I tried their organic mushroom fritters which is described in the menu as "Mozzarella-stuffed button mushrooms wrapped in our homemade Italian sausage, breaded and crisp-fried, and served with a fresh cherry tomato passato." After I finished everything, I didn't experience that bloated feeling that I would normally get from eating oily and heavy food. This is the place we choose to go to for good healthy, guilt free eating. The ingredients are all fresh and mostly organic, ensuring top quality flavors. I am in love with the the interiors of the place as it goes for that whole rustic modern look. Servers are well trained and very knowledgable about their food. I ordered a pizza one time and the server promptly came back to inform me that one of the ingredients was out of stock. He quickly informed me of their substitute options making it a pain free process! There is nothing I hate the most than being informed that your ordered dish is not available, 30 minutes after you've ordered! They have a smoothie bar to satisfy any fruit craving! Add ons such as chia seeds and vitamin boosters are available as well. Love the different flavor combinations and quite frankly is difficult to choose from because they all sound so good! Their pizzas and salads are my favorite varying in different flavors and fresh ingredients. Great addition to the restaurants available at BGC. read more

This place is conveniently located along the Serendra strip, so perfect to stop by here for some comfort food after or before shopping. The food here is pretty good, their roasted garlic with onions and cream cheese is a perfect starter. Their bread is freshly baked and their burgers are juicy. Their salad bowls are a bit kawawa and mainly filled with a cheap ingredient of rice and only a bit of alfalfa, tofu or other veg. Their vegetarian burger taste different every time we come here. We do keep coming back because their food is pretty ok and their interior design is very nice and the seats are comfortable and the smoothies are yums. So why 2 stars? I don't like a brand which is falsely advertising itself and preaching it is so wholesome and healthy when they are obviously not. There is nothing healhty about big fat juicy burgers with extra cheese and lamb chops, not even if they are sustainably farmed. E.g. grass fed butter is not lower in cholesterol. For un educated people who trying to eat healthy this is dangerous, they might think they can just eat whatever they want in the wholesome table and it will contribute to their health, but that's obviously not the case. I find their marketing strategy and buzzwords that they use misleading and edging un ethical. In Europe there is a law against this to protect consumer. Here there is only this 2 star review I guess... read more

This place really bugs me. It's a restaurant that's obviously opened by someone of high stature who's well connected. Don't get me wrong, it's a cool concept and the place is decorated so beautifully. The location is also really good. So when I came here I was expecting a lot from it. But it really fell flat flat flat on its face. First off, this place seems very manipulative. Yes, they have a great style and great branding. BUT they are using all of these on-trend key words which seem to bring in people that aren't very educated about what they're eating. "Real food", "eat consciously, live consciously", "eat right, eat well". But what, may I ask, is so "wholesome" about eating pork chops, massive burger with fries topped with cheese, or unlimited butter rolls? If you were to call in any nutritionist to review their menu, I'll tell you that they will fail. It seems like these people are just going in for 10% of more wholesome food but trying to pass it off as being 100% better for you. THIS IS DANGEROUS MARKETING. Furthermore, the food here is wildly inconsistent. Each time I come here, the food tastes different. Not to mention the food is very bland and carb-heavy. Then, for a place that dubs itself to be so health conscious they don't even cover the BASICS. Do they offer gluten free breads or pastas? No (they are always out of stock). Do they offer soy milk with the coffees? No. Do they offer raw options? No. This is just all style. No substance. Dangerous use of buzz words and trends in order to profit. No thank you. read more

Unfortunately, this place did not live up to expectations. After running into the owner and hearing about how much effort and care she puts into the place, our experience was very disappointing. We placed an order for carry out at 12:30 and at 1:30 we were still waiting for our order. After speaking to a waitress several times and even the manager, we were told to wait even longer because our order still was not ready. When we finally got our food and began to eat we found that our orders were rushed and therefore not as they should be. We ordered two orders of salmon- one was cooked perfectly and the other was completely raw. It was obvious that the raw one was started after we were told to wait longer so they could throw together the remaining dishes. Another dish, the Bicol express, was completely lacking any of the meat it was supposed to have and only had jackfruits. Mushrooms were so bland and had no flavor at all. Overall, terribly disappointing and unorganized. read more

Filipinos are slowly changing the way they eat- at least for some. And for that small yet growing demographic is Wholesome Table. I've eaten here about 2 times already and it's quite...wholesome. The food was excellent, the service was up to par and the ambience of the restaurant was very upscale. Being in there felt like being part of the ladies-who-lunch group, I was surrounded by finely manicured women who looked like they just came from yoga. I didn't come from yoga when I dined there but the food made me feel like I did. Everything on the menu was light and fresh, I felt good the rest of the day. Even my meat-eating boyfriend liked the meal and he's the type that hates the following keywords: organic, vegan and healthy. Shakes shouldn't cost P300. That's like a meal already. But The Wholesome Table is confident enough to charge such an exorbitant price because they know their juices are divine. The shakes stand out because The Wholesome Table infuses their mixes with a lot of organic health ingredients ranging from chia seeds to dates to almond butter to acai berries. I'm really not too sure HOW these things make a difference with our bodies, but apparently they're good. Whatever. I came for the taste, not the health lesson. And taste wise, they're quality. Well blended and thick, just the way I like it. They even come in cute names like "Be Dreamy" or "Be Tickled Pink" even if these don't in any way describe the shakes themselves. Their meals are really great too, and it's obvious that they took great care in making a lot of their meals light and healthy. They taste like they're light on sodium and calories, yet they're still flavorful. read more

I'm a firm believer that "whole food" or food with good ingredients and no shortcuts should NOT be expensive. We ordered the Slow-Braised Pork. It was expensive and very bland. That's another thing. Healthy shouldn't even be equated to bland. If the pork was good quality, the taste should come out by itself. I imagine that most of what we paid for went to the rent. Space in BGC doesn't come cheap. Aside from the pork, we tried their pizza, burgers, soup and their cold-pressed juice. Everything was alright. Apparently, a ton of people seem to really like this place though. My personal verdict is: Nice try into the healthy food foray. Too expensive for what I'm getting. I have to say - I'm not the usual person. The mainstream really thinks that this place offers good stuff! If you're not too particular, don't listen to me! read more

Was really impressed. I cane to visit my family here in the Philippines and I've been eating at all the famous Filipino restaurants. I'm from Vegas which has some of the best chefs' restaurants in the world. And I was surprised to come across a restaurant such as this. I thought to myself the restaurant must be pretty good as there was a wait for a table. The food was continental with some Asian themes. So it was a good variety. We had bibimbap, beef stroganoff, American style pork chops with potato wedges, and eggplant parmigiana. And it was ALL Organ, really?!? Wow! I'm a bit of a jerk when it comes to this whole 'wholesome/clean eating' phenomenon. I personally try to eat healthy and this reflects in the groceries I do - lots of fresh ingredients, less canned food, canola oil, etc. My philosophy is that healthy and clean food should not be inaccessible to people, especially price-wise. The Wholesome Table is a restaurant that aims to serve food that is sustainable and prescribes to the clean eating phenomenon - with expensive price points. And this is precisely why I avoided eating there for the longest time. That is, until a friend invited me there for lunch, back when I still worked in Fort Bonifacio. I sucked it up, tried not to cringe and withheld judgment until I finally got to try their food. The Wholesome Table's decor is kind of dark and reminds me of an old, brick house with vines growing over it - maybe that was the look they were going for. A quick glance of the menu will show you that they offer a lot of Western goodies, from pizza, salad, to burgers. The items that caught my eye were the Asian-inspired rice bowls, and of course, the cheese. Griping aside, there are some items on the menu that I really like. Their burrata is delicious - but who can say no to a big, fluffy bowl of white cheese drizzled in EVOO, herbs and cherry tomatoes? Their bowls are also really, really good. I am a huge fan of their Geisha Bowl - brown rice topped with shredded cucumbers, red onions, cherry tomatoes, roasted tofu, katsuboshi and leeks with a dressing I still haven't managed to hack yet. It's really refreshing and delicious, and I like that when I eat it, I don't feel like I'm killing myself with preservatives or shitty fast food. The Wholesome Table is definitely worth a try, especially the rice bowls. read more

The Wholesome Table is what the name says... good, wholesome food served as it should be- hot if if's supposed to be hot, cold if it's supposed to be cold. My family comes here a lot and we've tried most things on the menu, from the burgers (&veggie burgers) to the poke bowls (vegan & non-vegan), breakfast items, lasagna, & more. There's not one thing off. I especially love their vegan cheese as an appetiser. And try to save room for the desserts, which are excellent, but if you can't, then at least have coffee with almond milk, which is equally good. The only thing I wish is that they would serve white wine by the glass... but then, sharing a bottle isn't bad either! read more

One night, my business partners and I just really wanted to have some wine while thinking of certain ideas for our next launch of products. It was dimly lit as it was dinner time. I love how the place was designed to feel like you're in some cool looking farm. It really made me think that what they cooked here was organic and fresh food. When I checked their menu, I was right! When our wine arrived, we talked about what we had to do. We went about the night and finished the bottle. It was a pleasant experience there. The Wholesome Table was my first introduction to organic, farm to table dining and it was quite a good experience. While I wasn't expecting just a menu full of salads, I wasn't expecting a super varied menu either that included pastas and pizzas so I was definitely taking my time reading through every dish available. I ended up ordering the Enlightenment Bowl which is essentially brown rice, tofu, and edamame beans drizzled with their version of a teriyaki sauce. It's a vegetarian dish but it was definitely filling. For drinks I decided to go with one of their smoothies. Their smoothies are great because they've got a whole menu full of them and depending on what you're looking for, you can choose from smoothies that go by the names Be Delicious, Be Gorgeous, and Be Beautiful among other things. As if we didn't have a filling enough meal, we ordered dessert just to see how organic desserts fare--we were floored. I hate carrots but my vote definitely went to the Carrot Cake which had a whole bunch of sticky dates in it that made it extra sweet and yummy. Their Creme Brulee was a close second and an interesting one because it's made with duck eggs! Big burly guys looking for solid meals aren't going to like it here but for everyone else willing to eat clean, this is my new favorite place. read more

Pros: 1. the ambience/atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. 2. the interior design is beautiful and minimalistic. 3. the ingredients are listed for all the menu items. 4. there's a very wide selection on the menu. 5. the grass-fed burger and fries are amazing. Incredibly tasteful and filling. 6. Jared (if i remember well) was (at first) very polite, attentive, and quick. Cons: 1. the ''ketchup'' is too liquid and too sweet. 2-3. Jared turned out to be very rude and unprofessional when me and my partner told him that the pizza ''margarita'' (which should be margherita) was tasteless, had no salt, and that the sauce was practically non existing, and that the mozzarella had a weird taste and didn't taste at all like mozzarella. He said it was a MIXTURE OF EMMENTAL AND MOZZARELLA, and when I asked why and pointed out that in the menu the ingredients were (as it should be) just tomato sauce, mozzarella, and basil, his eyes opened wide as if shocked or furious, he grabbed aggressively the menu and started flipping through the pages. When he realized I wasn't making it up, he said it was a TYPO, and that the mixture is the standard they use for ALL their pizzas. We were just giving an advice since we're from Italy, and we didn't neither freak out nor raise our voices. We didn't even ask him to replace it or remove it from the bill. 4. The yogurt panna cotta and the crème brûlée were fine but nothing special, but they are not marketing amazing desserts, so it's ok. 5. Their closing time is at 11PM. By 10.30PM we were finishing our desserts, but they already began cleaning and putting the chairs upside down on the tables. It was rude and felt as if they wanted us to hurry up. We would still dine at The Wholesome Table because the food is really good, but most probably, in other branches. read more

These organic restaurants are the craze right now, although not as fast as the mushroom like appearances of ramen bars, these organic restaurants are those random orchids that grow sparse and yet entice everyone. If you have 2000 bucks to spare and you are looking for something tasty and healthy to satiate the monster in your belly, come by this restaurant -preferably before peak hour sets in, because once it does, you will wait for a long time. The staff however is attentive and you can always walk around the area while waiting for the waiter to call you via your cellphone and say, "your table is ready".This would probably be the place for a the best Caesar salad I have tried (Kale Caesar), the dressing is not too powerful nor too heavy. Orzo salad is something of a mix between orzo ( a type of pasta that looks like rice) and leafy greens -the taste of this is really refreshing and something to go for if you want to try something new. Pepperoni Pizza salad tastes exactly as it says, albeit I honestly would prefer areal pepperoni pizza instead. The grain and salad mixes are worth mentioning too, with my favorites being the Protein Power Bowl and the Goddess bowl. Any of the three soups are well made and tasty. Any of the meats and the burgers are good too, with the added bonus of all of it being sea-caught or free-range. Note: I would avoid the pizzas. I've tried so many but I think I would prefer going to an actual pizza place than this one. The juices and smoothies are a must-try. Order one for yourself during your meal and you'd be a mommy to your new food baby. read more
