I really enjoyed the treatment and the doctor was very professional during the consultation. Howeever, I work and study which makes me not only live in a budget but also not to have most time. Therefore, the idea of coming twice a week for 6 weeks it seems completly unrealistic for me. After the first consultation I arranged an appointment (who was also covered with the wowcher) in my next available timeslot, which was weeks from then. Recepcionist sent a reply reminding me that it wasnt doctor orders which it made me feel anxious/embarrased because I had to explain my situation. Howeever, I told them that I was willing to continue the treatment on my own pace if it was possible and that was the end of that. After my second appointment, which was consideribly shorter than the first one (althought, i have read that is normal) i was asked to book right away. Knowing that my finances are short this month I told them that I would sent them an email once I know when I can book. Just one day after I received a call from the receptionist and when I didnt picked (because I had expend the whole night studiying and needed some slept) she left a message pressuring me to book right away which caused me some anxiety. Pressuring people when you know they have difficulties is pretty scummy and it removed any idea about coming back from my head. Luckily, my issue was resolved in a medical way so its not an urgency any more.

Recently I had lower back pain which turned out to be an inflamed disc - Andy diagnosed it quickly, treated me and gave me effective stretches to do, and I'm very pleased to say it is now fixed. Matt has been great…read more I pulled a shoulder about 1 year ago, lifting weights (before warming up!) And for a whole year, whenever I swim or move my arm in a particular direction I can feel my whole shoulder about to give way. After a couple of sessions my shoulder started feeling normal again. I went and an assessment and they explained how parts of my back had compensated for the weakness were the injury was. They were very thorough in their assessment and explained everything in terms I could understand. I found the actual manipulation uncomfortable, although my boyfriend loves having his back cracked. Admittedly I didn't go back again because a lot of what they said was about strengthening the muscles though exercises. I now to lots of yoga which has saved me lots of money, but then my back problem wasn't very severe in the first place. Basically I had a very dicky neck and for about two years I had trouble looking down and left. Within my 10 sessions at £13 an hour my neck can look any way it dan well pleases now. The staff were great and very knowledgeable, the tutors swell supervise and check you over swell to make sure there are no mistakes made. I felt utterly safe the whole time. You really can't go wrong here as it is so much cheaper than established places with the same results.

So i thought what have i got to lose and it was the best decision I've made. My bad back was not the problem it was the associated pain in my Hip, leg and dead foot. So I found exercise a chore and being overweight didnt help. I booked a package of sessions, where after two I'd already noticed a huge difference. I've now completed my treatment with Gareth and I can only say that he is a weird miracle worker, his methods seemed a little strange at first but as he works he explains everything as he go's along and all makes great sense. I now have no pain at all in my hip, I could barely stand for 15 mins and sometimes walking was excruciating. Now I've started to regain feeling in my foot, my calf is better than ever.
