He gave a high level overview of the process and conversation we were going to have, then filled in some of the details, and then walked us through each step asking us questions about what we wanted and what our goals were. We had a less than typical case and he recognized that a traditional will was not the best option and helped us set up a trust. He asked lots of questions and allowed us to as well. It was a very collaborative process. He had the documents drafted and sent to us quickly. Due to an error on our end, we didn't realize we had them for a few days, but when we realized it, we reviewed the drafts and were happily surprised at the small details included that we had never thought of. He was patient with our (mostly mine) several emails asking questions and requesting clarification and answering hypotheticals. Once we were satisfied, we scheduled a convenient time for us to go in and sign.
