He gave a high level overview of the process and conversation we were going to have, then filled in some of the details, and then walked us through each step asking us questions about what we wanted and what our goals were. We had a less than typical case and he recognized that a traditional will was not the best option and helped us set up a trust. He asked lots of questions and allowed us to as well.
