We go to spas quite frequently and I don't feel like arriving 30 minutes early is out of the ordinary. He was under the impression there was a sauna available to use as well. We entered the waiting area and sat quietly when the owner popped her head out and asked if she could help us. My husband responded with "we are here for a 1pm couples massage" to which she responded "no you're not." My husband proceeded to pull up his confirmations which he received at time of booking/leading up to date of service. She said "oh I won't be ready for you until at least 1:15pm". We said okay and waited outside on the porch. We went back in at 115 and started our massages at around 130 after changing. No robes or anything were offered. We had booked a 90 minute so expected to finish around 3 pm due to our late start. When they left the room after finishing we checked the time it was just before 240. He also had prepaid the services and when we finished was asked for payment. We were not offered a choice of Swedish or deep tissue and massage for both of us felt more like a back rub. Very unsatisfying. My husband was so disappointed and apologetic after the fact. At no point did the owner even offer us an apology let alone some sort of compensation.

I will never try to book anything here again, and I suggest that you avoid this place as well. UPDATE: they apparently still charged my account the full price of the services that I requested, despite saying that nothing went through. Despite saying that I only left the card in file, but they would never charge me before the services were rendered...stay far away from this place. It's a body scrub where you are completely unclothed and a woman with two minutes rubs your body and dead skin flies off. At the end, you were rubbed down in oil. I was worried that this wouldn't be relaxing, or it would even hurt. Let me first say that they put you in a sauna for as long as you can stand, and then a wet sauna.
