The price was extremely reasonable, it was very clean, and we were the only folk there. If I lived here, I'd use it at least twice a month. Fantastic, small town, true Northern California experience. We've been to a couple specialists, and Emergency (just once fortunately). Everyone seems kind, polite and thorough. We love getting most lab results the same day (via MyChart). The lab team has always been very sweet and nice to us. Coming from a major metropolitan area, the wait times are much shorter and the staff is friendlier by comparison. I think the biggest challenge for Fairchild is being able to continue to attract talent away from the big cities. I know they have many job openings posted constantly.

My foot pain, which was severe in the mornings, was impacting my ability to run. Jaime did a thorough assessment, helped me set realistic goals and tailored an individualized plan that not only completely resolved my plantar fasciitis pain but also addressed my overpronation, my chronic piriformis syndrome and my overall running form. Her treatments included strengthening, stability, balance, scraping to free up the adhesions, stretching and neuromuscular trigger point release to name just a few of her methods. I recently achieved one of my goals thanks to her help and ran the 5-mile Shamrock Run, finishing first in my age group. She has provided me with indispensable tools that I will continue to use to improve my running form for years to come. I'm so grateful to have had Jackie as my midwife for my first pregnancy. I delivered almost a month…read moreearly and she was right there with me super available at 2 AM when my water broke, helping me make the best informed decisions but her amazing care definitely didn't start there. It started months and months earlier during my prenatal visits. Jackie is kind. She's very smart. She supports and advocates for natural birth, but she also doesn't push limits into realms that are risky when there are complications. She doesn't mess around trying to do things naturally, when time is of the essence in more emergent situations for example. My birth was very much like that I wanted to have a natural birth at home, but my water broke early, and I was not going into labor. We worked with the doctors at rogue regional to create a plan, so that I could try and get onto labor, naturally but that didn't happen and I was able to partner with her on the best plan of action for getting induced. I'm so incredibly grateful to have worked with her because I didn't get to have the natural birth that I wanted due to the circumstances of my water breaking early but I did have an amazing hospital birth and she was right there at my side along side with my Doula Maddie and a great team at rogue regional. And Jacqie has been beyond phenomenal ever since the birth as well, coming to my home, a few times after the birth to do my check ups. She's been so amazing with my infant son. She's been super available to support me with all the wacky things that come up with a newborn. She has tons of information and she's helped me a lot with breast-feeding and the challenges around it. I cannot recommend Jackie enough. She is an angel.
