The Throttle Shed has that tucked away feeling but it's actually not very far off Main North Road at all. They seem to have their regulars as others that came in to the cafe all seemed quite familiar with each other which just added to the overall pleasantness. I work with the elderly and actually had to intervene when I was with one of my clients and let her know her behaviour was atrocious. Only to they look over when seated and see Mr grey hair and dark hair having a good chuckle at our expense. This has happened several times with different clients. The omelette is also very nice and again a very generous size. The staff are very attentive and friendly. Plenty of parking in the car park.
